Avoid this company at all costs. I waited 5 months for a very poorly made sauna that has a lot of issues and, after arguing and many many emails, the owner promised me a partial refund and then ghosted me. I am moving forward with a legal claim against this company. Do not even bother.

I waited months on end for the product to arrive the company totally ghosted me after I made the purchase and did not respond to calls, emails or messages left. They only started responding after I initiated a credit card dispute. I cancelled the dispute after they started to respond because I wanted my sauna, that would end up being a mistake, my sauna arrived broken and unusable and the company has strung me along for months now and has not picked up phone calls or responded to emails. I ordered this sauna in November of 2025 and now in April of 2026 I have still not been able to use it and the company has not offered any concrete solution to help. Avoid these bastards at all costs they just want you money and after they have it they are done with you total scam job joke of a company.

Faulty Product & Difficult Refund Process

We are now on our second chiller from Nordik, and it has broken again. During a tech support call, Ali admitted that the first generation of chillers they manufactured were faulty and that he had been hired specifically to rebuild a newer version. He even suggested that we upgrade to the redesigned model.

After experiencing two defective units, we decided not to continue with Nordik, as the product simply isn’t trustworthy.

To their credit, they agreed to accept the return, but still charged a 10% restocking fee to cover shipping. In my opinion, restocking fees shouldn’t apply to faulty products, but we agreed just to resolve the situation.

After we shipped the unit back, communication became extremely difficult. It took over four weeks of repeated calls and emails just to get a response about our refund.

When they finally responded, the refund amount was incorrect, claiming we had agreed to a different figure. Once I emailed them a screenshot of the originally agreed amount, they resent the correct credit without any explanation.

Overall, this experience involved faulty equipment, poor communication, and a frustrating refund process.

Ordered a one-person sauna on Black Friday (Dec 9, 2025) and it has been nothing but frustration ever since. I was given four different shipping dates, and every single one was delayed. Each time I followed up, I got another promise — and another disappointment.

After months of waiting and zero accountability, I was finally told it would ship next month. At that point, I cancelled my order. Enough is enough.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing. If you value clear communication, reliable timelines, and basic customer respect, think twice before ordering. I expected premium service — what I got was a runaround.

Bought an expensive chiller, turned up faulty only to be told that they discontinued this model because of all quality issues with this particular Premium 2.0 Chiller. Despite that, was advised to try and fix it myself but the quality is low and shouldnt really have to fix a brand new 3k chiller. Had sauna ordered with them but quality is so low and customer service and support is absolutely abysmal, so cancelled sauna and will look elsewhere. Buyer beware. I wouldn't trust the reviews on their site, I'd check Reddit for more honest reviews. Its now January after an October purchase and still no resolution.
