This company is a scam. The garments are not as pictured, cheap fabrics, poorly made items. Then instead of a refund they offer you a discount on additional merchandise.

Damn! When will I ever learn not to buy anything on Facebook? I lost $42 to this scam company after never receiving my order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Scam, no goods arrived, email address false

Do not order from this company. I ordered a single shirt three months ago, and never received my order. After multiple attempts to contact Nordvare directly, my emails became ignored. Completely unprofessional.

Greetings. I was also duped by Nordvare. I purchased a drum for my husband’s birthday based on an advert on Instagram. The instrument advertised had a beautiful sound and was the size of a large dinner plate. What I received was a 5” diameter child’s toy that sounded awful. I had been emailing back and forth with Joyce H., the company’s Customer Support agent regarding the product and the inconsistency of the product versus the advertising for said product. I was told the advert was a prototype and that I had received the final version of the product. After a few emails with Joyce H., she finally said she would direct my complaints to management. It’s been three weeks and no correspondence. I’m continuing my emails just to stick it to them even though I know I will not see my money again. Bottom line, save your money folks. This is an awful company with awful products.

The website suggests that Nordvare is an American company with Scandinavian quality clothing. But it's all a scam... really poor quality. It's a pity I can't send photo's along with this review of how bad the quality is... All the parcels I received came directly from China.

At first I received a very cheaply made shirt that was made of polyester and cotton, instead of linen and cotton. Their customer service is slow and it took me several mails to make clear what kind of rubbish I got. it's like you are dealing with a customer service in Asia. Definitely way below par compared to American customer services. But eventually I received the first apology mail that they accidentally sent me a prototype shirt. After apologies and promises that everything would be alright the next time, I chose the option to receive a new shirt, hoping it would be as advertised on their website. But unfortunately it didn’t came close:
- color didn’t come close to the color as shown on the website
- the mandarin collar was missing
- fabric not like the advertised 'beautiful washed linen texture'
- buttons are the cheapest plastic ones you can get
there is not even a Nordvare label in the shirt.

So I complained again. And then I got the same apology mail, that they sent me tester shirt and they offered to resend me the shirt… again. They where probably not aware that they sent me the same mail twice.

At that point I didn’t trust the company anymore, so I asked for a refund. But of course they never pay you back.

This company sells dollar store quality products and refuses to do returns of products even if they are unused.

Just as everyone is saying, I received my shirt directly from the manufacturer (happens to be in China) in the wrong size, with many loose threads, and the quality does not look at all like in the website photos. I'm currently trying to get a refund after 2 days of emails, but they have only offered a voucher. Even if they gave me unlimited store credit, I wouldn't want any more of their clothing.

On the website it's written they are based in Salt Lake City / USA. I received extremely cheap Chinese-Fakes, packed in black garbage-bags with Chinese letters on them
No tags or brand names anywhere. The "qualitiy" is horrible. On one shirt the sleeve is sewed to the middle of the back!
Plus I ordered 6 items and only received 4 of them after many weeks!

Extremely shady company. Claim they are based in Salt Lake City, UT but they ship from China. Products will take at least a month to receive from the date of order. When I FINALLY received my shirt, they wouldn't allow me to return it.

They sell China cheap stuff. They ship from China, the products are not as presented online and surely overpriced for the quality. Keep fi Gera off it

Didn't answer any emails for weeks, eventually the item arrived and was the wrong size but they still didn't answer any emails so I couldn't return it, on top of that the item doesn't even look anything like the photo.
