Started using Norman for my regular annoying invoicing. It’s fast, easy and the invoices are beautiful (much better than my Word ones:))! Super friendly design and navigation! Now doing VAT filings with them. Maybe will do annuals as well, will see. Thank you for saving my time and nerves😄

I moved to Germany a few years ago and had basically no idea how local accounting and taxes work. As a small business owner, that was pretty stressful in the beginning. Norman helped a lot with getting things under control.
The tool is easy to use and doesn’t feel overwhelming, even if you don’t have an accounting background. I use it for invoicing, VAT, and quarterly reporting for my Gewerbe, and I can do all of that on my own now.
Support has also been very good. Whenever I had questions (especially about German tax details), I got quick and clear answers. Overall, it’s made accounting in Germany much less painful for me.

Nice tax service. I’ve been a client of Norman since last year. Initially they started as a service to simplify taxes for small entrepreneurs in Germany, Kleinunternehmer or Freiberufler. The key feature is focusing on expats like myself. As a foreigner in Germany, it’s pretty hard for me to understand the process of registering, invoicing, and correct reporting of taxes and VAT. Norman helped me to get the things in order and keep track of my income and expenses, which is crucial to get the deductible from the tax office. Recently the developers started including new features targeting people who are both self-employed and have been regular employees. Norman incorporates the AI features too, which helps with parsing expense invoices. I find their prices reasonable.
