The process with Normandy has become a lot better since they launched the Online quote and bind option. The part that is still lagging is that you can't actually bind, you have to send everything to UW once you bind, which is quote different than most carriers we work with. But the UW team is always pretty responsive and friendly, so that helos.

I've been trying to get a WC quote for over 2 weeks now....seems to be a pretty easy class code but still nothing....

Every time I submit a Workers Comp - y'all don't support that class. This has happened multiple times

After a couple of days, I was able to get the accounting department to provide me with instructions on how to pay a past-due invoice.

Hard to place cases. They also don't do single workers comp or workers comp policies. Seem very conservative, doesn't seem like they want new business.
