Complete waste of time. This clinic is incredibly inefficient. We have called multiple times, reached out, and even came into the office in person, but they still failed to actually book our appointment. Absolutely frustrating communication. Avoid if you value your time.

Before arriving i was very nervous due to previous negative experiences at NHS dentists however, Dr Marcin Cajdler was welcoming, reassuring and extracted my tooth without causing me any pain or discomfort. This was a first and so is this review! He deserves the honour and respect he has in that building.

The reception team were warm and welcoming too and gave the right advice when it was needed.

It was a pleasant experience for me.

I was in agony over the weekend. Called them at 9 am. They referred me to 111. That took about 60 mins. Then the surgery called me back within the hour to book me in the same day! Very impressed. The reception staff were amazing. even let me put my bike in a safe place as I was worried about it getting stolen. They were super nice. Didn't have to wait too long. The dentist diagnosed my problem very quickly and the extraction was completed in about 15 mins!!! Walked out pain-free, with good communication about what I needed to do over the next week to make sure all was well. This place is amazing.
