A complete scam with misadvertising of location and product quality.

Brutal… product descriptions are a complete lie. No linen or cotton delivered - everything was polyester/mystery fabric. I sent everything back because what else am I going to do with it. No refund and ghosted on all attempts at communication. $262 down the drain.

Apalling and completely unethical. The products you receive are not the ones featured in their advertisements. You think you are buying a linen, hand-embroidered dress from North America and you receive a cheap, poorly sized polyester dress from China. Their company is still selling on FACEBOOK (BEWARE), but when I contacted them for a return and full refund, I was told by "Lauren Mitchel" that they have gone out of business and have no return centre. The best they can offer is a 20% refund. Completely illegal and unethical. Report this company and demand a refund through your payment service.

As others have said, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You’ll be lied to about the origin of your clothing and the fabric. The photos on their website feature details that won’t be part of your clothing item. (Sleeve detailing was entirely missing.) The dress I received was made in China and has a tag that says “100% polyester.”

The craftsmanship is terrible. Bright white thread on a dark dress and uneven stitching… I could hear the stitches snap as I tried it on.

Refunds process is horrible. Though they say “easy returns” on their website, they will warn you that it costs $40 to ship the item back, and instead offer you a measly 40% return. DO NOT SETTLE FOR THIS. It’s your right to get your money back in full—even if you have to dispute the charge with your bank.

North & Bloom presents itself as a high end women's clothing company located in Toronto on its website and on Facebook. It a complete scam!!! The item came promptly from Mississauga but I assume it was made in China. It was described as Linen and cotton but it is labelled 100% polyester. I ordered a size XL and it is more like a M. I have never been so duped by an online company! I doubt I will be able to get a refund. This makes it bad for reputable online companies. I will never buy from an unknown again. I would somehow like to spread the word.

Awful, do not order, says it is a Toronto company but comes from China. Says it is Linen and cotton and although there are no tags it is absolutely not, definitely polyester. Suppose to have pockets, does not. Half sleeve, nope it is short sleeved. Fabric does not look the same as the ad, it is awful and so cheaply made. Went by measurements and it is way too small, not that I will wear it anyway. do not buy, huge scam! Told the company and all they said was sorry you didn't like it, still trying to get a refund.

If I could give no stars I would. This is garbage clothing made in China which of course isn’t mentioned on the fake website. Horrible prints, polyester not cotton&linen as claimed. Dresses look like bags & weird sizes. Refunds are questionable rather than guaranteed “no questions asked”. Scam site.

This is a fake store. It doesn't exist. The items are drop shipped from China. I didn't receive a linen-cotton dress, it was made of polyester and appeared to be put together in a minute or two. It was terrible! I requested a refund and was told to ship the dress back at my own expense for a refund.

The dress I ordered was not linen and the store says Toronto Canada but is it American. Will not order again as my dress was too small and the charge is $40 to send back to get a different one.

Just received dress that I ordered on-line. Advertised as cotton/linen, it’s 100% polyester! I am so angry right now I could spit.
Rotten, absolutely ROTTEN!

No customer service, impossible to get a refund
Sizes are much much smaller,
Ridiculously horrible customer service no one ever gets back to you,
