Would highly recommend this service after struggling to sell my property through the estate agents I got in touch and it took Leon no time at all to find a buyer and also pushed for a fair price. Chloe helped the whole process to run smoothly making the whole process less stressful. Can’t fault the service at all

We wanted a quick sale so we used this company and and it took from the first appointment to completing today 12 weeks. They helped make things easier for us and Chloe kept us updated all the time along with the solicitors they arranged for us. We would recommend this company if in need of quick sale... 👍

I have recently sold a property to North East House Buyers and would like to emphasise how easy and seamless the transaction was.
The staff all go "the extra mile"and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I have sold quite a few properties and have never had such a good service.
You may get a little more through an estate agent (and sometimes not) but when working figures out remember to just compare the bottom line. By this I mean estate agent fees, solicitor fees etc.
In a nutshell I will always give this company a chance to buy first in the future.
