I have ordered 5 pair of the joggers…

I have ordered 5 pair of the joggers including the cargo trousers and I couldn't be happier with the fit and style. I had a small problem with 2 pair of trousers which the company took care of for me! They were responsive and fair with their approach to make my experience better. I would highly recommend Northern Garms!!

Qualité médiocre

Qualité médiocre. Ça vient d'Angleterre donc s'il faut faire un retour de la Belgique c'est entre 20 et 60 euro... Ça dépend de la taille et du poids a vos frais bien sur et encore pour le retour vous ne serez pas remboursé c'est un échange ou du crédit sur leur site... a éviter.

Really what can I say, the name Garms derives from Garment ie clothes & they have just gone & smashed it out the park! I first purchased from NG back in 2023 where I bought a few of their Sherpa hoodies & they are still all in decent condition till this day, & haven't lost shape or anything! If you know your size I can 💯 Guarantee that with it'll fit you 👌🏽as if they're tailored to fit! There style is absolutely spot on between Urban & Smart casual street wear & just getting better & better as the years go by. If you haven't tried them yet I suggest depending on your style & fashion to do so. Bloody hell NG I want paying for this review lol 😆 no but fr I am just very happy with style, product quality, design, high quality materials & consistentcy. Also they're spot on when it comes to the shipment and delivery of your order!
Hope this helped guy's but yeah overall very good & trustworthy company 💯
One more thing i feel is important, I am 43 this year & NG clothing is a style that you can wear no matter your age and still look & feel smart! You can be 15 to my age & older & still rock it! So Good on you NG about time the UK had a good urban street wear designer, an just keep smashing it 💪🏽

Good service

I found the customer service very good particularly Gavin , who sorted out a replacement sherpa , which was a Christmas present , as the first one was lost by Evri . Overall the service was good and the sherpa look s nice.

Avoid at all costs!! Unprofessional

This is a formal complaint regarding the way my matter has been handled. I am dissatisfied with the communication and the lack of clarity provided throughout the process.

Several of my concerns have not been properly addressed, and responses have been repetitive rather than resolving the issues raised. It was also inferred on multiple occasions that I was being untruthful, which I find unacceptable.

Very nice Sherpas

Girlfriend bought as a gift steel Sherpa. And it's now one of my favourite pieces. The fit the look it's all just top quality. I have just ordered the jacket sherpa version in Steele. Hoping its just as good.

Good service goes a long way

I recently ordered a few new pieces from Northern Garms, and I’m seriously impressed. It’s hard to find a brand that balances streetwear aesthetics with actual durability, but they’ve nailed it.

When it arrived i thought it felt thin, but it is so warm, perfect for the winter.
Customer service is second to none, i had delivery issues with Evri and instead of sitting back and waiting for Evri to sort it out, the NG team sent me a new item with a different courier next day delivery. Class acts

Absolutely brilliant service, evri lost my parcel and northern garms sorted the issue and got a new order out to me very quickly.

The customer service is honestly a dream, fast reply and helped the best they could.

I've two sherpa hoodies and struggle to wear anything else when looking in my wardrobe. They are super cosy and look great,

Quality not great, won’t stand over clear quality issues for long.

Looks like a nice product, but in reality for the money it’s not worth it for the quality.
Hoodie worn 8/10 times (owned 6 weeks), developed a hole near the hood.

Reply from customer service below, not only does their return policy baffle me - it’s a quality issue I’m having not an ‘I’ve changed my mind on my £65 hoodie’… They’ll cover a repair but only by way of store credit asking you to buy something else. NO thanks.

Sorry you have had an issue with your product.

As this is outside of the 30 days fault policy we are unable to accept this product as a return.

What we can do for you is offer a £15 credit, This will allow you to get the item restitched.

The credit will be in the form of a store credit. Asking you to buy something else.

Just bear in mind of shelling out money with this company.

High quality products & great service!

I love their clothing, especially the sherpas. Great quality products and great customer service. They respond quickly to any queries and they also get their products dispatched quickly too. Overall, great experience!

Shocking service I've placed an order…

Shocking service I've placed an order paying for next day delivery I've then received an email saying my item couldn't be delivered due to no code I've contacted Northern garms to wich is was told there will be a £10 charge I've taken the day off work to receive this item im self employed so I lose a days pay due to this mess I dont find this place help full at all and I won't be using them again pay extra for a service dont receive a pin no delivery and then told I'll be charged £10 absolute scam of a clothing place

I have checked your case and I can see as you have entered the incorrect information when you placed the order this has caused an issue with delivery.

You are correct that DPD do impose a £10 fee for any errors where its not there fault.

We are always happy to help and sorry you feel let down but we are unable to change DPD processes for errors unfortunately.

Missing order

I have contacted northern Garms to advise delivery hasn’t been received. Unfortunately they have completely ignored responsibility as the DPD driver has left the items by a gate that is accessible to the public, not locked and is also a shared area.

I raised the complaint with northern garms, I then got a phone call from them threatening to call the police to which I agreed they should do and then I got a call from DPD would actually told me they was sending the male delivery driver to my house to resolve the issue. As a lone female this was intimidating, the driver never turned up and I’m still without my £120 plus order!

I would suggest you do not order from these!

Very poor customer service

Sherpa hoodie was great for about 2 months then developed a hole under the arm. Northern Garms customer chat didn’t want to know and told me to find someone to repair it.

I would expect a £60 hoodie to last longer than a few months, only worn 6 or 7 times.

Any issues with items need to be informed with 30 days of the item arriving.

There is only a small grace for wear and tear and as your item was delivered 2 months prior this is not covered unfortunately.

Terrible company, do not buy!!

Not sure where these reviews are coming from. Quality of clothes is awful and customer service even worse. Don’t waste your time or money, you’ll have a hard time getting a refund as the company tries to push credit notes in exchange for refund. When I finally got my refund after weeks of back and forward emails I lost my original delivery charge and had to pay for delivery to send the clothes back. Wasted around £10 in delivery fees. Complete waste of time and money. Stay well away IMO.

You purchased a sale item - Which is issued with a credit as per the T&C online and each step of the customers journey to avoid any mis communication.

In regards to a refund this has been processed and completed.

Shipping costs are paid to the courier and not to ourselves we make no profit from this service and this is the reason you have been charged from these sources due to the service being completed.
