Service was disappointing.
Service was disappointing. I got an email saying I passed the online check which included open banking. Questions were answered honestly. I was a bit hopeful, but hours later I got a text message saying my application was unsuccessful. I felt deflated.

While you successfully passed our initial high-level checks, a manual review by one of our underwriting team has found that your application doesn’t quite meet our lending criteria.
I completely understand that this news may be disappointing, and I’m truly sorry. Please know that we have to be careful to ensure any loan offered is affordable for you now and in the future, as we wouldn’t want to place you in a difficult position with repayments.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Very prompt at responding to any queries I had and explained everything for me. Very prompt acceptance to my application as well to help me get back on track financially. Both Abbey and Michael were great during the whole process.
