Order not received
Order not received within 2 weeks, even if the message was "4-5 working days". Do you work 4-5 days in 2 weeks? Nice, then I would like to work there too! The biggest problem isn't waiting btw. It is that I texted them two times and received no answer, so, as far as I know, they stole my money.

Realicé mi pedido hace 1 mes y todavía no tengo noticias suyas. He abierto 3 incidencias para cancelar mi pedido y reclamar la devolución del dinero, pero es imposible ya que no responden. Un timo absoluto.

No contact, no infos, no product

Edit: they did answer after this review, still no trace of the order though.

Très déçue
Très déçue ! J’ai passé une commande sur votre site le 26 août pour deux t-shirts d’un montant d’environ 50 €. La livraison était annoncée sous 5 à 6 jours, mais à ce jour je n’ai toujours rien reçu. J’ai tenté de vous contacter via votre site internet ainsi que par Instagram, sans aucune réponse de votre part. Je souhaite désormais être remboursée.

Don‘t buy at this store
6 months ago I ordered a jeans jacket which I never received. After I wrote a massage and explained the problem he sent me 30$ although I paid 80$.
since 15 July I‘m trying to get the remaining 50$ back with no response to my requests. Well, once he told me he would check it out when „he’s home“. That was on 18 August.
So, customer service is a catastrophe and I don‘t recommend this shop.
This wasn’t the first time I had to make this experience, it’s the second one.
It’s impudent and I‘m more than upset.

Assolutamente negativa. Ordine effettuato 27 agosto e nessuna mail di tracking. Doveva arrivare 4-5 giorni dopo ma niente. Ho mandato una mail ma dopo 10 giorni nessuna risposta!

El pedido no llega y no contestan a los correos
Hice el pedido el 26 de agosto con un plazo de envío de 1 a 3 días laborables. Han pasado 8 días y no tengo ni idea de donde está mi pedido ni de si lo recibiré o no. Me parece de tener muy poco respeto por el cliente y por el negocio. No volveré a comprar jamás ni lo recomendaré a nadie. Lamentable servicio de venta y postventa.

Delayed and overpriced
The produce was extremely delayed. It took ages to ship and arrive and I had to get in touch with Nostalgia Apparel several times to follow up. While waiting for the product they already sent me requests to review the t-shirt that had not even been received. The quality was fine but it was way overpriced. The print was poor quality. Will never buy again.

Will I ever get my order?
It’s been over two weeks since I placed my order, and despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I still haven’t received even a shipping date—let alone a delivery date. Each time I contact them, the only response I get is: “your order will be shipped ASAP”, but in reality, the order hasn’t even been shipped yet.
Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an e-commerce store. The products themselves seem promising, but the service standard is far below any acceptable level. At this point, I’m genuinely wondering if I’ll ever receive my order.

J'ai passé commande le 7 Août, nous sommes le 26 août et malgré les tous les mails envoyés, je n'ai eu aucun retour. Je n'ai aucune nouvelle de ma commande ou de la livraison. Je vais demander remboursement à PayPal.

Order not yet received from july 25
Despite several email sent, after a month, I still haven’t received the order or any confirmation of shipment.
I am very disappointed, and since it was meant as a gift, this delay has caused me significant inconvenience. Terrible customer service management and poor logistical organization. I do not recommend this frustrating experience.

VOLEURS - ARNAQUES PUISSANCE 1000
Je suis contrainte de mettre une étoile mais ils ne l'a mérite même pas !
Site 100% Fake ! Ce sont des voleurs & des menteurs !
Commande passée il y a 1 mois, JAMAIS RIEN REÇU MÊME PAS UN NUMÉRO DE TRACKING !
Soi-disant car ils ont un "problème généralisé dans l'envoi des commandes" ! Ce qui n'est pas mon problème !
Au début, ça trouve des excuses en disant que ma commande passe en prioritaire, qu'on veut bien me rembourser et tout le blabla habituel ...
Maintenant, depuis 5 jours, plus AUCUNE NOUVELLE, AUCUNE RÉPONSE DU SERVICE CLIENTS, que ce soit via Mails, via Appels ou via Insta, ils font les morts !
Pourtant mes 72 euros ils les ont encaissés recta hein !
Et quand t'as le malheur un jour de leur dire qu'ils pourraient au moins faire un geste commercial on te répond "Désolé mais non ne pouvons pas faire cela" sans explication !
J'ai beau les harceler, ils ne répondent absolument pas, ils ont encaissé le pognon, le reste ils se torchent avec !
J'ai bien évidemment deposé plainte a Interpol, à la Chambre du Commerce & contacté Test Achat.
Malheureusement, les 3 organismes sont unanimes, ils n'en sont pas à leur coup d'essai, ce serait des pro dans le domaine de l'escroquerie !
Et Mme P. C. M. qui est derrière le peu de mails auxquels ont vous répond n'est rien d'autre que la responsable de l'escroquerie !
En Bref, PASSEZ BIEN VITE VOTRE CHEMIN & NE COMMANDEZ JAMAIS RIEN CHEZ EUX !

Still No Order, No Response
I am very disappointed with this shop. I ordered a T-shirt on August 8th, and as of August 21th I still haven’t received it. The delivery time is unreasonably long, and what’s worse, the customer service hasn’t responded to my inquiries. At this point, I’m not even sure if I will ever receive my order because I get zero shipping information. Very frustrating experience and I cannot recommend this store.
Update 08.09.2025: After my review, customer service reached out and explained the delivery issues. I have now received my T-shirt and I’m very happy with the quality, fit, and material. Overall a good product, but delivery time and initial lack of response could be improved.

Tutti i tentativi di fare reclamo o contattare l'azienda sono stati inutili, così come il mio tentativo di chiedere rimborso. Garantivano spedizione in 4-6 giorni lavorativi, poca serietà e nessuna affidabilità
