Sehr tolle Shirts und richtig guter Kundenservice!
Hatten ein Problem mit einem T-Shirt und uns wurde sofort kostenlos Ersatz gesendet.

Über lange Lieferzeiten kann ich mich auch nicht beklagen.

Sto aspettando la mia conferma ordine da giorni, c’è scritto 4-6 giorni per la spedizione e io ho l’urgenza che siano rispettati i tempi, ho scritto su Instagram e per email ma niente, spero che si concluda con un mia ammissione di colpa e che possa cambiare il punteggio in 5 stelle anziché 1 stella. Aspetto risposta

I made the order 12 days ago, but the only email I got from the company regarding to the company was only the confirmation mail of my order right after I paid. Since then, I haven't heard from them anymore. I am wondering when my order is coming.

All my other online purchases made after this, they have all arrived and they are all oversea orders from different part of the world!

I will be out of town for the whole August and I won't be able to pick up my delivery by that time. I just hope that my order can come before I fly...

I placed my order on 9th of June, still haven’t got my order and I’m starting to believe that I’m not gonna get it in the end. Today I requested to refund me and they didn’t answer. Too much inconvenience for two T-shirts. That’s not my first review of the brand, but it looks like that’s the only way to get in touch with them, otherwise they just ignore your emails. Not worth it

De t-shirts zijn prima en mooi, maar de levertijd was erg lang ik heb zeker een maand of 2 moeten wachten, verder wel prima service

The Quality is very good as well as the fit and motives i really like them

Placed an order 5 days ago, sent an email to the costumer support to know when would the order be shipped and never got a response. When you pay it says specifically that the order will take 2 to 7 working days but nothing happened yet. They just confirmed the order and nothing else.

Los diseños son bonitos. Sin problema con el envío y la tela parece buena y natural.

El problema viene con el estampado. Aún lavándola y planchándola al revés se va borrando. No lleva muchos lavados porque aunque es de Reyes me la he empezado a poner recientemente con la llegada del verano.

Creo que valoraría otras opciones viendo la cantidad de opciones de tiendas similares que hay en el mercado.

Asked a question about an retour form, but I didnt get an reply. Now my order is too late to return. Also the package arrived after a month….

My clothes were supposed to arrive in 4-5 days, I dind't know anything more than "we're having problems" and it wasn't until almost 1 month after that the clothes arrived.
The clothes are ok, the quality is nice, even though there is only 1 size (not 2 like the website says)

Love my shirt, good quality and comfy. Will order again for sure.

Mucho buen marketing y buenas prendas, pero como no mejoréis, o al menos aclareis los problemas de los envíos..
Información falsa sobre los tiempos de envío, 2meses hasta que llegó (y parece que es algo general con todos).
Atención al cliente amable y buena.
Los productos bien, de calidad, y diseños molones.

I ordered a t-shirt one month and a half before and I never received my parcel. They keep telling me that there was a shipping delay but nothing clear. Of course u have paid via bank and now they do not give my money back.

CS support got me back and solved the issue and refunded me €22 as one t shirt was N/A.

Llevo unos cuantos días pidiendo una devolución del producto porque la talla es muy pequeña y siguen sin ponerse en contacto conmigo. Incluso les he escrito por Instagram y nada. Yo solo quiero mi dinero de vuelta.

Al final son 70 euros, es dinero, y creo que si siguen tardando en responder se ampararán en los 30 días hábiles de devolución.

Tened mucho cuidado con las devoluciones en un futuro. Experiencia nefasta
