Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by the swift replies. Tracy made sure I was doing everything correctly to avoid issues later, which was SO appreciated. I originally was going to do an electronic apostille but switched to a physical apostilled to be mailed out. Having followed their time guidelines, the doc was notarized by the next day & apostilled in 2 working days! I received confirmations along the way and the shipping receipt. My document arrived to its destination in 3 days! They are AWESOME!
