BEWARE - MY £200 WAS SWALLOWED UP BY ATM
I have just had £200 swallowed up by a Note Machine dispenser. The money came down the dispenser but stopped half way - it had a metal clip on the money which I touched hoping to lift it but the cash then immediately went back into the ATM. So I requested £10 cash thinking the £200 would come alone with this new transaction; no such luck Only £10 and I have raised a dispute with my bank who after 15 days have told me the company cant find any evidence of fault with the machine so I am taking the dispute further. I am FURIOUS and also very upset.

Overpriced
I used my Australian master card to withdraw 150 pounds the transaction total cost was 349 Australian dollars
I then made the same withdrawal from the tesco atm and the transaction total cost was 321 Australian dollars the transactions were done on the same day 5 minutes apart i would suggest to people using a foreign bank card to use the tesco atm as the notemachine is way more expensive

Why do these machines give options of cash withdrawal, cash with receipt and cash and balance yet when you press cash withdrawal because you want to get in with it quickly and have an idea of your balance, it asks you if want to check your balance and when you’ve put in the amount you want, it asks if you want a receipt?
Never use one of these machines

When I called they said I'd have to raise a dispute through my bank. They then have 21 working days to review my claim and decide whether to give me the £20 they have stolen from me. Now seeing this is happening regularly to people using their machines. Surely this company should be investigated? Why are Sainsburys allowing them to use their site when this is happening?
Terrible
Terrible. Went to Morrisons in Brecon and tried to use the notemachine cash point, it Failed to complete the transaction and timed out. Got home and they had taken money out of my account. Called my banks fraud line and hopefully get my money back…second time this has happened with machines from this company..

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Being a retailer I have been promised and messed about to take the ATM machine away. Lost lot of money in delaying refit. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY..AVOID IT LIKE PLAGUE

0 Stars if I could. Used the cash machine at Marks and Spencer in Angel Islington this evening - did not dispense my money but debited from my bank. When I try to call the number on the machine says ‘you have dialled and incorrect number’ and my back say nothing they can do in the immediate.
ATM swallowed my card
ATM swallowed my card. Recorded message when trying to talk to Customer Services says we are now closed... please call during our business hours but fails to Inform when those hours are. Try to send question and it states that no question will not be accepted from this box. WTF is this company. They are an absolute disaster.
Abuse of the Optically Disadvantaged
I mistakenly used my credit card to withdraw cash from two of this company’s ATM’s on the link network.
In neither instance was I notified there was a fee as the machine said “free cash withdrawals”
I am advised this practice is against the Link Network code of practice.
Clearly intended to take advantage of people with poor sight using the ATM’s.
Complaint lodged with the card issuer for the fee refunds.
UPDATE:
Nationwide don’t care and are clearly happy with their customers being ripped off.
I cut my credit card up so I can’t make them money or make a mistake again. Their loss.

Machine at Sainsbury's failed to open in sufficient time to retrieve all notes. Last note caught in the machine. If I were a conspiracy theorist I would say this was pre-programmed to catch the last note and most people wouldn't have the time to bother to complain.
AVOID NoteMachine and AVOID Sainsbury's facility.
Very high exchange rates - avoid!!!
I assumed the cash machine at Morrisons supermarket was from a legit bank but after withdrawing cash using my Germany based debit card I realised this is not the case. They claim the exchange rate is based on the current exchange rate, in my case Euro to GBP. However, the day I withdrew GPB the rate was 1.15 Euro to 1 GBP but I was charged 1.35, a significant increase and totally unjustified. There was also a 3.95 charge on top. I will steer clear of NoteMachine ATMs in future and seek out those belonging to legitimate banks.
