The bars are all lovely at touch of heaven , brilliant as a low carb keto snack and for diabetics. The bars are perfectly sweetened but l do t think someone who likes treats to be heavily sweetened will enjoy them. Really satisfying.

Amazing GF and low carb I didn’t know one existed. Really great taste and very filling.

The bars are mostly delicious, except we didn’t like the mint flavour. It would also be helpful if the nutritional values listed were for a whole bar, or if it was stated that they were for half a bar. I only noticed halfway through a box that the values were listed for 30g while the bars were 60g.

I love that I dont have to feel guilty about enjoying these absolutley delicious treats. The ingredients are so clean and they are perfect for those sweet cravings and afternoon hunger pangs. HIghly reccomend

I have again returned to re-order and to try some new options. Really pleased with the selections and delighted that I had an accompanying freebie from Nourish to try! Great tasting snacks, low carb and palm oil free. I have also now ordered for my Son who is very health conscious and only eats good food.

In particular Nourish's fridge bars are sooo delicious and healthy! The caramel one is now my favourite. These are really my go to treat!
They ship them on time and are a lovely company to deal with.

I have ordered twice from this company and I will definitely be ordering again to replenish my supply of tasty treats! I have really enjoyed the cookies, flapjacks and the bars are gorgeous - particularly the caramel, peppermint and coconutty bars. They taste like an indulgent treat but with only healthy ingredients and no nasties. Orders are dispatched and received very quickly.

The caramel bars and the packs of bites are good but customer service don't respond and delivery is sporadic so that's lets it down. Good choice for healthier treats though.

All as requested, even the packaging was first class. Thank you!

Really delicious products, I love all the flavours, hard to pick a favourite! Arrived well packed in fully recyclable packaging. My only slight niggle, however, is that as they have to be kept chilled, it would be nice to be able to pick a delivery date/ time so I can make sure to be in to receive them
