Grate quality of the material and fast shipping! Would definitely purchase again from Nouvette.

Ordered my package a month ago. Stil haven't gotten it. Shipping details aren't current or accurate. Disappointed as this was a Christmas gift.

I ordered a Christmas present for my husband on November 12th and it still hasn’t arrived. I don’t have any contact info for your company and I don’t know what to do.

Lied about shipping, no communication.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. When item finally came it was absolute crap. I ordered a sweatshirt. What I got was shiny, thin fabric with no give. Totally uncomfortable. Artwork is as if they spray painted a white polyester shirt. Picture on site was not representative of what was received and now I get spinning wheels when I try to search for the item on the site, like it never existed. When they finally responded to my email they only offered a 20% refund even though I don’t want the crap. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. If you see the name “Nouvette” run the other way!

Awful. Took almost a month to get my purchase. They give you a tracking number quickly and then nothing happens. The product itself is okay… not great quality. I won’t be ordering through them again.

Shipping took 6 weeks so won’t buy again.

Placed an order on 12/2, and was “guaranteed” it would arrive by 12/24. The tracking gave no details, beyond it being en route to a distribution center, for weeks. When the tracking finally updated, it had a delivery date of 12/29. When I contacted Nouvette about the lack of details and late delivery, they shifted the blame on to other people/companies, and repeatedly told me to “sympathize with us”. They refuse to refund my order, despite it coming well after their “guaranteed” delivery date. I will now be stuck with an item that was supposed to be a gift for someone else, that is if it actually shows up at all. Do not use Nouvette, they are untrustworthy and a borderline scam.

Same as the previous recent posts. Package shipped on 12/8 and no movement since. Same wording on the email when I asked for even an estimated delivery date they are unable to give it. The package is supposedly about 30 minutes from my house.

Ordered my item on 12/2, a tracking number was attached on 12/9, and no movement since. Neither DHL or the Post office say they have recieved it. I got a few responses, but in a templated format. Nothing to adress my personal concerns. I would have paid for overnight or second day. Too bad. Time for folks to take ownership there and wow the customer.

UPDATE: Item received exactly as ordered. Took just over a month to get it delivered. The return address on the package and name are ficticious.

My best guess is that Nouvette has these drop shipped from China. I'm okay with that, I just hope they get better at what they do, and how they understand their relationships, or lack thereof, with their customers.

The tracking number they gave me hasn’t moved for 3 weeks. Now I’m not getting responses on my emails.

Items were complete crap! Print ink was smudged all over the white sweatshirt and T'Shirt logo looked like it belonged on a child size t but was for an adult. Shipping took forever and when it arrived it was a total disappointment.

Probably not their fault, but I’m rating them and not their delivery service, which appears to be DHL. I ordered a Christmas sweater from them that was supposedly shipped on Nov 22nd and which still hasn’t arrived as of Dec 14. Now DHL is saying it cannot be located.

So I have had the same message since Nov 29th in transit, every time I click the link it says en- route to a distribution center since Nov 29th tried calling and left messages.
What is happening to my order?

What communication, tracking number. Haven't heard or seen a thing since ordering.

My items still have not shipped... I would love to give a better review once I get my product.

Wasn't sure what we would get, with the Guardians being brand new, but the tee shirt arrived quickly and is just right. I was late ordering and crossed my fingers, and there it was. Thanks!
