A very creative and talented manicure master Natalia has been doing an incredible creative manicure for 6 months. I'm very pleased. Cool approach and excellent service. It's just Wow.

Kan kun anbefale Tara, de andre behandler har jeg ikke brugt så det er derfor Tara som får min anbefaling

Totally unsanitary conditions and forgotten items get stolen! Highly not recommended.

I have visited this salon a few times when my masseuses were working there. If not for them, I would never go there and my later experience only confirms it.

Unsanitary conditions: once when I was waiting for my massage to start I have asked Tara (the owner of the salon) if she has time to do a quick laser treatment, which she agreed to. Little did I know that she would ask me to shave myself with the razor that was full of hairs from previous customers. The bed covers were all stained as if no one has ever changed them. I wish I said something back then. But I didn’t because I wanted to stay polite.

A year ago I have forgotten a golden necklace there. My masseuse has given it to Natalia, nail master, and she has then put it into a wardrobe. A few months after I came to pick it up thinking that it was safe. I am returning customer, so I was sure nothing happened to it. However, I was wrong. A year later of me being quiet it still hasn’t been found even though everyone saw it.

Not only that Tara (the owner) accused me of not taking care of my stuff and said that they don’t care if it was lost. She gives me all the excuses and doesn’t even want to check cameras to see if anyone has taken it. It’s my own fault that I haven’t raised this concern earlier, but as someone who owns a beauty salon, I keep all the lost items in secure safe, exactly to avoid such incidents and keep my customers satisfied even when such unpleasant situations happen.

Even if they have tried at least to help me find it I wouldn’t write this review a year later. But after absolutely rudest and careless responses by the owner I can clearly state that such places should not be allowed in Denmark. Hence I will call the police and sanitary authorities. Be prepared.

Moreover, her personnel has been complaining to me about horrible working environment and unsanitary conditions as well. That tells a lot.

Регулярно окрашиваю свои волосы в этом салоне у мастера Марины. Всегда довольна результатом. Марина - профессионал своего дела и просто приятный человек. Бесплатный чай/кофе также есть. Рекомендую.

Har fået 3 laser behandlinger og kan allerede se forskel. 🫶🏽

Skulle have aftaget shellac, jeg havde bestilt en service der inkluderede aftagning, filning og polering af negle.
De talte ikke til mig udover ultra korte spørgsmål, men snakkede med hinanden på russisk henover hovedet på mig. Og de fjernede shellac ved at file groft ovenpå neglen, ingen acetoneweap som jeg har fået andre steder og de polerede ikke neglen, men filede bare lidt ekstra ovenpå. Mine negle er nu grove i overfladen... Stay away!

Fantastisk service. Manicure med shellac holdt over 3 uger. Kommer gerne igen hos Nail Master Toma. Varm anbefales.
