Nova Habitat Avaliações

Highly recommend they're very proactive and communicated well throughout the entire project

Nova Habitat recently helped us secure planning permission for an L-shaped Dormer loft conversion, the first of its kind on our estate. From the outset, the quality of work was excellent: detailed drawings, precise measurements tied to allowable space, clear references to applicable planning laws, and a full video survey of the property.

We opted for the Diamond Package, which offered great value for money. The team responds promptly, handled all communication with the council on our behalf, and kept us informed at every step, a genuinely stress-free experience.

Umar and his team, particularly Luis and Ash, made us feel in safe hands from day one. The initial meeting involved an in-depth discussion of what we did and didn't want, allowing them to build a thorough brief. Their suggestions and expertise shaped our initial idea into something better than we had imagined.
Can't recommend Nova Habitat highly enough.

Great Company to work with it. Intelligent and punctual on every step of the project. Very helpful and satisfying experience. Highly recommended !

We instructed Nova from last year to enable our rear extension. It was our 1st project and had lots of questions about the process and expectations which were met with an equally enthused team.
The design was a pleasant surprise as we had some preconceived idea of what we wanted, instead of just drawing our ideas we landed on a design that met our needs that we briefed in the initial meeting that was far better than what we could've imagined.
We recently had our planning permission granted with a tricky council and the team helped us navigate seamlessly.
We've still got to complete the building regs process which I'm sure will go smoothly but hence the current 4* and once this is completed I will upgrade to a 5* if all goes swimmingly

We had a great experience working with Nova Habitat. Their team was professional, responsive and clearly knowledgeable throughout the process. They took the time to understand our brief, offered practical and creative solutions, and communicated clearly at each stage.

The drawings and documentation were well thought out and delivered on time, which made the wider project run smoothly. We’d be happy to work with Nova Habitat again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable architectural practice.

The whole team are really helpful and were not as expensive as others I spoke to. Quite a simple process, they just dealt with it all, and once we had planning recommended a builder, which we couldn't have been happier with.

"We recently had a single-story side extension built by Nova Habitat and couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, everything was spot on — the quality of the work is excellent, communication was clear throughout, and the project was completed on time and within budget. The team was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. We’re really pleased with the finished extension and would highly recommend Nova Habitat to anyone considering having any extension built

Single storey side extension (february 25)
Wonderful experience working with them . Nova Habitat handled everything from start to finish and took the pressure off me completely. Very calm and professional team who made the whole experience feel relaxed and stress free. I recommend to all my people around me.

Had a really helpful initial call with Luis, then a great video call with Liam
both were super knowledgeable. They handled our survey, design, planning, and some structural work for a rear extension. Everything went smoothly and felt easy from our side. They even introduced us to a brilliant builder, way better than anyone we’d found ourselves. Really nice team, would definitely recommend.

Really happy with the work Nova Habitat did on our rear kitchen extension and loft conversion. The team was friendly, professional, and kept us in the loop the whole way through. The new space looks great and has completely transformed our home. Would definitely recommend them for any extension work.

Would recommend
