Their hair dye does not work very well.:( I ordered 3 bottles with their buy 2/ get one free, price. This company has changed it's name to Hela from Nova. The hair dye does not treat my gray roots very well & I literally have to apply it every week,as it wears off fast. I also have to leave it on much longer than the 10 minutes it says in the directions. It is also very messy to apply & I always have to use gloves, unlike what their description says. You can't tell how much is left in the bottle because there is no way to see it. And their 90 day "risk free" guarantee is basically worthless, as they don't just take your word that their product isn't working & they want photos of before & after & will only refund for unused product, which YOU have to pay the shipping cost to return. Not a customer friendly company. Don't waste your money folks! :(

I brought the nova hair shampoo its great that it covers all the white hair on my beard without leaving a stain on my skin but unfortunately even though I did a 48 hour patch test I got to real bad reaction after a week first I thought it was only me but sadly I learnt alot of people are having the same issue i think they need to fix it as I think the best part about it was that anyone could use it but after the reaction I wouldn't even dream of buying that again

Grosse ARNAQUE. Ça ne marche pas du tout. Aucun cheveu blanc de couvert et en plus ce n’est pas du tout 5/10 min comme annoncé j’ai du laissé 25 min. Aucun intérêt en plus c’est cher. Argent jeté à la poubelle.

Scam from beginning to end! Stealing money repeatedly from credit card. Stay away!

This product does not work AT ALL! It does not cover gray hair at all! I e-mailed Customer Service and was told that I would have to send back the product at my own expense with a letter detailing why I am returning it. After that, they will examine the product to determine if I am eligible for a refund!
To summarize, avoid this product because:
(A) it does not work as advertised
(B) their “90-day risk free” trial period is a lie.

I am extremely disappointed with this product. The dye stained my face, which had never happened with the original Nova dye I had used in the past. Due to this, I stopped using it immediately.

I purchased four bottles at once, thinking they would last me for some time and to take advantage of a promotional offer. Unfortunately, the product turned out to be inauthentic. It is clearly a fake imitation of the genuine Nova dye.

I attempted to contact Nova Hair multiple times via email, but received no response whatsoever. Despite their claim of a 90-day return guarantee, they have failed to honour it. This experience makes it clear that the company’s promises are misleading and untrustworthy.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. Please be cautious—this appears to be part of a scam, and the lack of customer support only confirms my concerns. Avoid this product and verify sellers carefully to protect yourself from counterfeit items.

Dit bedrijft levert de producten niet die je hebt besteld, ook na herhaaldelijk mailen om te vragen waar je product blijft. Mijn advies: koop GEEN producten bij dit bedrijf. Zij reageren niet op mails en levert de bestelde producten niet !!!

Køb ikke dette produkt. Jeg købte den via svensk side og det så selvfølgelig godt ud på deres reklame videoer. Har fået sorte pletter alle steder i badeværelset og er umuligt at få af møblerne. Men i skægget sidder det ikke så godt og har stadig gråt skæg. Efter engangs brug er shampoen lagt i skradespanden. Jeg kræver mine penge tilbage!

Un gros 0 j’ai payé 99€ un sèche cheveux, certes de bonne qualité visuellement mais il a fonctionné que 3 fois et quand j’essaye de contacter le « service client » aucune réponse,
et je ne parle pas du « service téléphonique », il y a même pas de répondeur entreprise, on dirait tout simplement une entreprise débutant maladroitement dans ce milieu

It’s a gel and it’s impossible to mix the color because of the bottle! I am very disappointed! I got ripped off!🙄

Ordered the wrong colour, although I'm sure I didn't, I tried to contact them twice offering to return the black product at my expense for them to send the correct colour. Never heard from them at all, now none of the sites work. I'm not ordering anything again on facebook, the second time in a week I've been scammed by product ads on facebook.

deze shampoo werkt helemaal niks. Het dekt geen grijze haren. echt rommel!!!!

Tried it twice and whilst the product was applied to my hair they seemed to be much darker, as soon as I rinsed the product away the colour immediately vanished. In fact ny hair colour changed to a horrible light brown colour. Terrible product and I would advise not to waste your money.

Fake and scam as it’s not anything as adverised.. these sellers should go beg on the roads instead of scamming people’s hard earned money !!

De laver reklamer på amerikansk, men det bliver sendt fra Kina.
Lugter meget stærkt af kemikalier. Jeg synes ikke at det virker.

Basically an expensive hair dye.
Nova Hair is basically a normal hair dye in a dispenser bottle with 2 compartments, when you pump it the 2 liquids come out from 2 separate nozzles.
The required quantity is the same as normal dye and it behaves exactly like normal dye, it stains and burns a bit especially if you have an irritated scalp. They even supply gloves and ear caps to prevent staining which means they lied in the advert when they say it doesn't stain.
In terms of coverage it is the same as normal hair dye.
I wouldn't recommend it considering the high price as it doesn't have any advantages over normal hair dye to justify the price.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT. this is a scam it contains harmful ppds ... I did a test and it burned my ear severely... I told them and they did nothing to help. Terrible company
