Η εμπειρία μου με τη Nova είναι πραγματικά απογοητευτική και δείχνει πλήρη έλλειψη συντονισμού και επαγγελματισμού.
Προσπαθώ να κάνω φορητότητα του αριθμού μου προς Cosmote, όμως η αίτηση απορρίπτεται από τη Nova με την αιτιολογία ότι «ο αριθμός παρόχου δεν είναι έγκυρος». Όταν επισκέφθηκα κατάστημα Nova, με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι ο αριθμός μου υπάρχει κανονικά και το συμβόλαιο είναι ενεργό.
Από εκεί και πέρα ξεκίνησε ένα απίστευτο χάος:
• Τηλεφωνικό κέντρο μου είπε ότι το συμβόλαιο έχει λήξει και δεν είμαι πλέον πελάτης
• Κατάστημα Nova μου είπε ότι το συμβόλαιο είναι ενεργό
• Άλλο κατάστημα μου είπε ότι η γραμμή έχει ήδη μεταφερθεί στην Cosmote
• Η Cosmote δηλώνει ότι η γραμμή δεν ανήκει σε αυτούς γιατί απορρίπτεται από τη Nova
• Άλλος εκπρόσωπος Nova είπε ότι η γραμμή είναι ενεργή αλλά «δεν μπορεί να λύσει το θέμα»
Κανείς δεν γνωρίζει τι πραγματικά συμβαίνει και κανείς δεν μπορεί να δώσει λύση.
Επιπλέον, έχω αναγκαστεί να πραγματοποιήσω πολλές κλήσεις σε γραμμές εξυπηρέτησης με χρέωση, να περιμένω για μεγάλα χρονικά διαστήματα και να λαμβάνω συνεχώς αντικρουόμενες πληροφορίες — χωρίς κανένα αποτέλεσμα.
Η κατάσταση αυτή δείχνει:
• Έλλειψη εσωτερικού συντονισμού
• Κακή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
• Καμία υπευθυνότητα για την επίλυση του προβλήματος
• Οικονομική επιβάρυνση του πελάτη χωρίς λόγο
Πραγματικά απογοητευτική εμπειρία. Μετά από τόσες ημέρες ταλαιπωρίας, ακόμα δεν γνωρίζω αν η γραμμή μου είναι ενεργή, αν έχει μεταφερθεί ή αν έχει διακοπεί.
Περιμένω άμεση λύση και αποζημίωση για την ταλαιπωρία και τις χρεώσεις. Μέχρι τότε, η εμπειρία μου με τη Nova είναι από τις χειρότερες που έχω αντιμετωπίσει σε πάροχο τηλεπικοινωνιών

I want to share a very disappointing…
I want to share a very disappointing experience with NOVA Greece.
Two years ago, I had a serious issue with Vodafone, and based on that experience, I chose to trust NOVA for my services. Unfortunately, that trust has now been completely broken.
After moving to a new apartment, I contacted NOVA to transfer my internet connection. I did NOT request any TV service.
However, when I received my monthly bill, I discovered that a 2-year NOVA TV contract had been activated under my name without my knowledge or consent.
This contract was created during my visit to the NOVA store in Pangrati, where I was assisted by a representative who never informed me or asked for approval regarding any TV subscription.
To make matters worse:
• I still do not have internet service due to transfer delays
• I never requested or approved any TV service
• I am now being asked to pay €80 to cancel this contract
Being asked to pay for a service I never requested feels completely unfair and misleading. This kind of practice seriously damages customer trust.

I have a business contract (phone-Internet) almost 3 years and and I am OK, the only problem is the support, u need to have patience..
Worst company in the world
Worst company in the world — stay far away from them. I was a client for 2.5 years. They make you sign a contract every 2 years (that’s the length of the contract), and if you don’t manage to set your tariff in time, it skyrockets to astronomical prices.
Here’s the interesting part: if something happens and you resign the contract, they will take all the money for breaking it. For example, they charged me 150 euros and didn’t even properly close my number, after which they made me pay for an extra month for a phone I didn’t use at all. Customer loyalty? Nonexistent.
The prices are terrifying, the contracts and penalties are ridiculous — it feels more like a Greek mafia than a company. Stay as far away from them as possible, and whatever you do, do not sign any contracts.

Bad service, false promises, stay away!
I reacted on a promotion of a 50" Philips tv and 2 mobile phones on January 21st.
I was promised a contract in English but only a Greek one arrived on January the 26th which had to be signed while the courier was waiting. The items were promised within 10 to 20 days after signing. Now it has been 23 days and Nova tells me that someone will call me in 2 days when the items will be delivered. Bad service, very difficult to contact them, "press 2 for English" but nobody speaks English. I regret I ever reacted on the promotion. The phones were never delivered although the promotion clearly shows a TV, followed by a "&" and 2 phones. Misleading amateurs organisation.
Update: The tv did not come, it is February 28th now.
Update: The tv arrived March 3rd and I had to pay the courier 20 Euro. The phones are NOT coming.
Total frustration with costumer (non) support
I moved to a new house in December 14th 2025. Until today, February 12th 2026, almost 2 months afterwords, I haven't been connected to the internet and landline yet!
Costumer support: polite but you get the impression that they are either totally inefficient or you discover afterwards that they must have lied to your face and that you cannot trust a word of what they are saying, because they have been proved untrustworthy so many times before, i.e. what they say is going to happen, does not happen.
For 4 weeks, I have been hearing every day "Someone will contact you in 2 working days to arrange a technician's visit" and this moment never came, I called almost every day to find out what the problem is and I never got any answer to that.
Then, the long awaited message for a technician's visit came, but I was informaed that I have to wait to receive the equipment by courier. For two weeks, they have been assuring me that the technician would bring the necessary equipment himself. 5 days ago, I called again and they told me that they didn't find any order for euipment delivery to me. The representative said she would fix this and that I would receive it in the next days. 5 days later, not having received anything, nor a message neither a package, I called again to hear "I cannot find any order for euipment delivery in your name" and that they would issue the order.
This motive of contradicting information and the information that your case is not moving any further , although you had been left with the impression that it did, has happend multiple times until now, leading to increasing frustration.
Often, different representatives give contraticting information and you don't know what to believe, Often, costumer support 13800 and technical support 13700 give contradicting information.
They seem pretty unorganized internally and inefficient. Fact is that you have to deal with immense frustration when you need a service, like a new internet connection.
If I should be constructive, I would suggest better internal organisation, communication and efficiency and thus avoidance of huge delays in costumer service.

Appalling service.
My internet stopped on 24/10/2025. Three service engineers visits, numerous calls to the service line and many complaints to the local Nova office later. I cancelled my contract with Nova. Now I've received a bill for 129€ which included an internet charge. Now after several calls to the number 13800 and promises of a call back I've finally lost all patience and confidence in this third rate company. Avoid at all costs.
Tv playback error
To by internet never works properly, I have the tv for 1,5 years and always we have connectivity problems with nova hardware while our pc is doing fine with internet connection.
