The Nova 28 two-sided drum was carefully packed and arrived safely together with the stand and the Drum Passport. Customer support was quick to respond and very helpful. The instrument sounds so beautiful when played with the mallets that even as a beginner, I feel like a virtuoso. Don't forget to try gently plucking the tongues with your fingernail – you might be pleasantly surprised by the beautiful sounds you discover.

Wow, this drum sounds incredible! The 1½-week wait was 100% worth it. The Nova Drum passport is an amazing touch—having the maker's info and the tuning for each tongue makes the whole instrument feel so personal. I'm brand new to the tongue pan community, but I can already tell this is the start of a major obsession!e.

I received my item well packed. My drum is stunning. i hope one day to do her justice with my playing her. I recommend purchasing the stand as it is so aesthetically pleasing. I purchased the Nova38 in celtic d minor 432hz. I do my own healing and play for others with other 432hz instruments so it made sense for me to have it tuned that way which many companies do not offer in a smaller drum. I appreciate having the note card with the created date, by who, and the other details. I don’t know if i’ll ever be able to play it with my hands and that’s ok if i don’t. I still connect with her beautifully with the mallets. I looked at many other drums, but this company, where its made, and product resonated with me. I was able to get a smaller drum tuned to 432 that sounds amazing while being portable and not too large to sit on my dining table looking fabulous!

Seller provided good communication throughout the shipping process. The drum sounds absolutely beautiful and is very relaxing to play. I got the medium size (38) and it's easy to play on my lap while sitting comfortably in my recliner, and has become a good way to decompress after work. I'm not very musically gifted and its still pretty intuitive and rewarding to play around with. Good chance I'll get another in a different size and tuning someday.
