Hello Salama!
We’re truly sorry to hear that you experienced technical issues during the lessons 😢
After reviewing your conversations with our manager, we see that all the necessary instructions have already been provided. Please be sure to follow them closely.
It seems the issue occurred during one individual lesson, and while we’ve identified some technical challenges on your side, we’ve gone ahead and credited the lesson back to your balance, as we always strive to be flexible and supportive of our customers 👍
There was also a problem with one of the speaking practice lessons. To prevent this from happening again, we recommend accessing the classroom via the web version and following the additional instructions sent to you in the chat.
Rest assured, we’re still looking into the situation and will make sure everything is fully resolved. Thank you for your patience!
Best regards,
Badr K.,
Director of Novakid ARAB.

Hello Ehab!
Thank you for your feedback.
We understand that logging in might feel inconvenient at times. However, having a password in place is crucial for your security, as your personal account contains video recordings of your child’s lessons and other private information. These are standard security measures for online platforms, and we regret if this has caused any frustration.
