Indisputably a utter and complete SCAM. Whatever you (readers) do, DO NOT order from these criminals.

Interesting, and dismaying, to see how many of the negative reviews match precisely my experience with the company. I, too, tried to cancel my order within about 15 minutes of placing it. I was being charged for two pulse oximeters, not the single one I ordered, and I was being charged for sending, when the website said this was a special offer of free mailing. I was told that was impossible, because the order had already gone to the warehouse. When I received the "items," I immediately emailed the company, saying I wanted to return the items for a full refund; I needed the return address, which they have failed to send me, after numerous communiques. They keep offering partial, and insulting, refunds, in which I am not interested. I even sent them a copy of their own return and refund policies. I'm out nearly US$90--not nothing for a senior citizen on a fixed income.

Asked via email why I had two payments leave my bank account, got two instant automated replies saying the unit has already gone from the warehouse, so can’t have a refund me. This is most certainly a scam site and just wants your money. It’s disgusting how people can pray in hard working people and rob them of their hard earned money. I’ll keep looking for a refund, but DO NOT ORDER FEOM THIS SITE.

Cancelled via email just stuck in an auto generated loop that does not deal with your request just after ten minuets of purchase states to late to cancel item sent! SCAM SCAM

I wish I read the reviews before ordering items with this company, I regret ever going on their website, I over ordered due to a very confusing website, they take advantage of vulnerable people. I tried to cancel my order within 24hrs of ordering only to be told that the order has already been processed and has left, that is a totally blatant LIE. Communicating isn't a problem, however each time you reply to them a different person takes over and asks same questions as previous person, another tactic to confuse the vulnerable. I ordered on 9th March, still no tracking information. Please avoid this rip off outfit.

I have been trying to contact the company directly but only get automatically generated emails; I have not received a tracking number and it is 17 days since I ordered it. The website says up to 9 days and a delivery number generated after 24 hours. I am still waiting for both a personal reply to my actual query and / or the product to be delivered. Frustrated.

Excellent Customer Service

My Pulse Oximeter was damaged in transit and didn't work on arrival. On raising the issue with Novamedicopro, they immediately actioned a replacement unit to be sent same day.

I accidentally ordered two oximeters. Neither worked. I would not use this company again for anything. They just figure you will give up and absorb the costs, and make it extremely difficult to get any kind of refund. Skip them.

Once again website confusing and I…

Once again website confusing and I ended up ordering an extra item, no way to delete it so I emailed them straight away to be told the order had been sent on its way. Just a con, even tho item maybe okay, who needs two. I have given it away as to return it would be a complete hassle. Do not deal with this company.

A seriously disastrous experience & still trying to get refund for faulty goods.

All emails to Nova medic Pro get rejected as server full. I over-ordered due to a confusing web site. No telephone number to contact. Almost impossible to find a return address or instructions.My return proof of posting 14d ago and so far no credit for return. All items -oximeters faulty. I certainly would never use this company again or recommend it.

I give this company zero stars. I had the same experience as most of these other one Star reviewers had. I was looking at their online sales video and I wanted to order one of the wrist BP monitors. They ended up sending me four FOR ABOUT $175! I called them to cancel my order just two minutes the same day after I saw that they were going to send me 4. They replied, “don’t worry about it. It’s too late to cancel, but you can simply return them.” When I asked hoe to return them two days after they sent them they started sending me canned BS replies without giving me any information on how to return them. After 30 days passed they then just said sorry we can’t take your returns. It’s past the 30 days. They won’t refund me anything. $175!

This company is in Lithuania. The boxes are written all in Russian. I guess these Russian crooks can get away with this.

This is a Scam!

I placed an order this morning and when completed it showed 2 items and charged quite a bit more than was originally stated. I cancelled the order within 15 minutes of placing it. The response I received was that the order was already processed and was shipping and could not be cancelled. I responded and demanded a cancellation and informed them I would dispute the order with my credit card and report them as a fraud. They still refused to cancel the order.

QUITE A SCAM GOING!!!

On March 6, 2025 I ordered ONE wrist BP monitor ($25.99 + tax/shipping) but received 6. Purchase was through my PayPal account. As a result I was charged $297.90 on my Visa for 6!!! I emailed 3 times requesting how to get an RMA and a refund for the 5 I did not order.
Finally, here was their first response back: "Our rules for the item return dictate, that to be eligible for a refund you must send the items back to us within 30 days after receiving them. The items have to be unused/undamaged and in the original packaging you have received them in. In addition to that, the cost of returning the items will also have to be covered by you as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
To avoid all this trouble and extra expenses we would be glad if you kept the items you received and, if you would agree, we would issue an instant refund to you for the 35% of the whole order value! If this option seems acceptable for you, please let us know and we'll do it right away :)"
I DECLINED the offer and requested a FULL refund now for ALL 6.
Here was their next solution: "We understand your position. I have forwarded your message to my manager. After discussing this further we'd be glad to offer you an instant refund of 50% of the whole order :) You'd be able to keep the items, you won't need to pay for their shipping. Would this work better for you?"
AGAIN I declined the offer.
And again, this is their next solution: "I've contacted my manager once more and I managed to increase the refund for you to $223.42 75% of the whole value. As mentioned before, I really believe this would be a great option As you wouldn't need to worry if the items you send back are damaged or if the items are in the original, undamaged packaging. And, of course, you won't need to pay shipping fees :) (Notice - ALWAYS A SMILEY FACE!!!)

AGAIN declined for the third time.
Finally I was told how to return the 6 items: "In order to return the items for a full refund please ship them to the following address:

After doing so, be sure to get a return tracking number and send it to us by replying to this email. Tracking number is essential to receive a refund.
And we'd also like to remind that our rules for the item return dictate, that to be eligible for a refund you must send the items back to us within 30 days after receiving them. The items have to be unused/undamaged and in the original packaging you have received them in. In addition to that, the cost of returning the items will also have to be covered by you as stated in our Terms & Conditions."
ALL RETURN CONDITIONS WERE MET EXACTLY and all 6 were sent back on March 26, 2025!!! I have a confirmation for the USPO that the package was picked up @ 10:07 on March 31, 2025 @ the Rancho Cucamonga Post Office.
Their email on March 26th said this: "Thank you for shipping the item back and sending the proof of the return. (emailed a copy of the Post Office receipt w/tracking number.)
On April 2nd I received this email: "We'll issue a refund once we receive the items. You should get a confirmation with the details very soon. Please note that in rare cases it might take up to 14 days to receive a refund, depending on whether you paid by credit card or PayPal. (NOTE: PayPal was completely of NO USE in helping me resolve this scam.)
If you haven't received a refund after this period, please reach out to us again right away."
Since then they continue to SAY, with absolutely no evidence, that a credit was issued!
My last contact to Nova Mecicpro on April 29, 2025 promised that they would "escalate the issue and get back to me. As of this date, I am still waiting for either the full refund amount or evidence that a credit was issued on my Visa. Totally ghosted.
I know that this is a LONG review, but anyone looking to purchase ANYTHING from this unreputable scam artist of a "so-called" company needs to be aware of the hoops they will need to jump through just to ultimately NEVER receive a refund.
P.S. Those 3 counter offers to reduce the amount so I would not have to send them back was a scam, too. I would have never received that either.

This company forwarded 3 items to me. 2 of the 3 were ordered in error. This happened in a matter of seconds. I immediately attempted to cancel the erroneous extra orders when i saw the invoice. In addition I requested that the payment be refunded. Since that time despite emailing them on several occasions to which I was given the run around. I have a copy of all responses.
I have not received the information I requested, i.e. returns process or refund. Meanwhile they have my money and will not respond in a professional trading manner in this issue.

I got snooked by their advertisement…

I got snooked by their advertisement showing this product as one of the best which, when checking, was absolutely false. The monitor after one week does not monitor but shows an error sign. It took weeks to get it and after looking up the company was even surprised to get it. It doesn't work!
