Address delivery was made 100 meters from the house (not to mention to the door) they made a reservation which was unnecessary, which made the delivery price expensive. Very bad service. Why provide address delivery if you can't do it?

Hello! I was sent a parcel with documents from Ukraine in the middle of January 2026. The cost of my documents was almost 300 pounds. After 2 weeks of waiting, I was informed that they were lost. I was refunded just with 50 pounds. It was very upsetting, because it took me quite a long time to produce these documents. I wish no one agreed to use Nava Post services. This is the worst company I ever worked with.

The service provided is great indeed. I appreciate being able to send parcels to my family from abroad.

If you want to make sure you package never arrives and can't ever be found again, use them.

Wir haben eine 15 kg schwere und 400€ teure Sendung von Deutschland Stadt Krefeld nach Ukraine Stadt Vinnitsya (Winnyzja) verschickt. Ich habe eine kostenlose Abholung dazu gebucht. Wir hatten anfangs wegen teils schlechten Bewertungen Zweifel aber die Sendung wurde tadellos zugfestellt. Die telefonische Auskunft habe ich mehrmals ohne Probleme kontaktiert. Alles hat gut funktioniert: Anholung, Sendungsverfolgung, Zustellung und Übergabe an der Poststation in der Ukraine an den Empfänder. Ich bin begeistert und dankbar!

Another big advantage is that there are several offices near at my home, so whenever I need to send something, I can do it quickly and without stress.
The staff are very friendly and attentive, always ready to help lift heavy items, rearrange things if needed, or assist with carrying.
They also answer any questions, which makes the whole experience very comfortable.

Nova Post is a pseudo postal service that I would recommend everyone stays away from! I paid for express delivery of a parcel which was supposed to come before Christmas. On the tracking website I received a failed delivery attempt at 19 h. on 10 December. We are at home at that time as we have a baby, however, supposedly if the courier came, he did not bother to leave a note about where and how to find my parcel. On the next few days I see that my parcel is held at "a post office". No one knew which post office that was, including the customer support of the postal service who said on the phone that they did not have information about my parcel and that they would return the call which they never did. Moreover , the company lists some addresses of post offices on their website, one of which I visited looking for my parcel, and surprise, no one has ever heard of this company! The seller who is using the services of the postal service could not help either, as a result of which I lost money and my sister's Christmas present! Outrageous! Avoid at all cost!

I've ordered goods delivered from abroad many times, and everything always arrives on time and in perfect condition. The service is efficient, without delays or unnecessary fuss. It's nice to be able to simply order and not worry about whether the package will arrive.

Nova Poshta is an organization of thieves and scammers. Which is renowned for stealing valuable packages. And then shifting the blame onto someone else. Worst carrier in the world. This is not the first time they stole a package. Twts

I was changed to another queue. I mean that I should ask for service twice.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I need to warn people about Nova Post. Nova Post never delivered the time-sensitive, important package to me (from Ukraine to California, USA). I paid extra for this expedited service because I thought it would be more tustworthy for overseas shipping than the USPS, but I regret that decision so much. Even though they claim "failed delivery", someone has always been home answering the door. I emailed them, texted them (there is no local phone number), drove all over town to various package drop-off locations asking if they had my package, left a sign for Nova Post in both English and Ukrainian at the office of my apartment complex, and filed a claim for the missing package. I never heard back from them. I can only assume now that NOVA POST IS A SCAM. If someone from Nova Post contacts me to resolve the problem, I will consider modifying this review. Нова Пошта — це шахрайство!

I tried ordering some things through Nova Poshta Global. However, when it came time to enter a shipping address, the store branch wouldn't auto populate. If I entered the store branch and pressed enter it would just delete it. No matter how many different ways I tried to enter it, I couldn't. I sent an email to customer support.... nothing.

Finally in the address section, I just added the address of the Nova Poshta Location closest to my house. Well delivery day comes and they keep calling me. I don't speak Ukrainian, so no communication part doesn't make it easier, so that if my fault. After about four days of people calling speaking to me in a language I can't understand, someone calls who speaks English. I tell them just to leave the package at the store, which is the address I gave them. They say it will be $15. To change the delivery address.

Their website doesn't work, and they want to charge you extra because they are changing the address from the branch location, to the branch number. Never again.

If I could give Nova Post a rating of 0, I would. They are the worst courier service I have ever dealt with in this country. On the first day of delivery, they came to my office around 7 pm and, as nobody was there, they said that my address was incomplete. On the second day, I received an email and a text at 8 pm saying that the driver would be at my office in 15 minutes. At 8 pm, please! I don't know if the driver intended to deliver a letter of admission from Hogwarts, but no one came. On the third day, when I arrived at the office, the parcel was already in the courtyard, probably thrown over the gate. If you could keep away from this garbage of a courier.
And don't bother calling them — their phone will just keep ringing until it hangs up on you.

Ich habe die Bewertungen anderen gelesen, genau das gleich ist auch mir passiert.Der Betrug von diesem angebliche Zusteller läuft nach gleichem Muster.Das so was in Deutschland läuft unter offiziellen zugelassenen Firmen grenzt an Wunder.
