ALWAYS use PayPal when purchasing from anyone you don’t know. You accomplish 2 things. 1 Your card is not compromised, 2 You can get a refund if its a scam.
I saw the glasses on a FB ad. I searched for the company on trustpilot.com and didn’t find them so assumed they were reputable. I purchased the Vision Pro glasses 4/4/26. They arrived 4/17/26. They are totally worthless. Immediately emailed them and demanded an ROA to return them and a refund of $39.94, the full amt I was charged. Received a ridiculous return email. Contacted PayPal, was refunded the $39.94 4/18/26. I think when I used Trust Pilot I misspelled the company name, as I checked it again today and they have over 75 complaints.

Product (Novarrio) not delivered. London phone number given on website is NOT their Company, but a private address number. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. N=Bec warned !!!!

Do not deal with this scam company. Once they have your credit card they will continue to charge you a monthly membership fee. I talked to them 4 times already and they will not stop charging my credit card or send me a refund as asked. This is a total scam, STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

I wouldn’t even give them one star . Ordered one pair of glasses and they sent me 3 pairs plus sun glasses and charged me 300 and something euros. They won’t take them back , sent them to the address in china and customs stopped them and have sent them back now . What a load of crap scammers that’s what they are . Just want your money.

I would give this company a zero rating if I could and I haven't even received the glasses yet! The glasses were advertised for 29.99, free expedited shipping and 180 day money back guarantee. I was charged 39.99 and when I contacted them they said it was because I was outside the delivery location. There was nothing said anout that. When I contacted them they said shipping wasn't refundable but they would give me 50% back. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

My story is the same as all the reviews I just read. I dont know how companys can get away with such fraud. Sent 4 pair of glasses when I ordered 1 called immediately and advised already shipped. I could return within 180 days for full refund. Today they attempted to charge $49.99 for some membership which I didnt agree to. Credit Card co declined thankfully. Really sad when these people are so dishonest

You charged me the other day for nothing. They are a scam site do not buy from this place. They will rip you off . If I get charged again I will sue

Omg wish I had read this first !!!!! Website is horrible… I accidentally ordered 3 of every one.., which they said I could return !!! Now they say no return purchase from their store !!! No store found

They sell Vision Pro glasses on Instagram and Facebook, When you order, they charge an extra amount for a case, and put on a membership of $0.00, then a few days after receiving the glasses, they charge a $49.99 membership fee. When disputed, they send an AI response as to how they understand the concern and will get back, then they do nothing, when contacted again to return the glasses (Which smell of diesel) they stall and then charge $49.99 again at the end of the month, even though in my case, I had clearly expressed the fact that I did not want any kind of membership. This company very fraudulent, beware of this issue if yo decide to do business with them.

If I could give a negative star review I would! Bought two items received them and they were not as advertised and they do not offer returns. You have to pay to return an item and shipping and handling does not get refunded to you once they receive it. They would not give me a full refund as they say the product is now discontinued (bought the item 2 weeks ago and received the product 4 days ago). The return/refund policy is 120 days so I was well within my refund return time. They do not abide by their own policies and offered a 30% discount on some of their other items, which if you get a discount then you can’t return it if it is not as advertised. Major scamming site!

The add-ons that they add to your order are ridiculous. I wanted one pair of glasses. They upgraded it to three pairs of glasses. Expedited shipping for $25 on top of regular shipping of $10. A $30 pair of glasses they're trying to charge me $168 WTF

These readers are not as advertised! At best they are as good as a dollar store cheap readers! Took over a month to receive them coming from China I guess I should have expected that! Don't waste your money on these won't do as advertised !

They have charged me for stuff I never ordered and they said they will return my money if I return it to China at my expense. I tried to stop order with in hours and they said it couldn’t be done

Tried to return. They wanted pictures. Gave them pictures. They wanted it in JPEG format. They can switch that themselves. I had alread sent out UPS to Sesame Street Address and they are not their. UPS got returned.

Scam Alert I bought 1 they sent me 4 and charged for them plus lots of fees. I tried to contact and stop the order within 5 min of order they didn't get back to me until the next day and say it was to late because it has already been shipped and once I received them I could return them. I bet they won't do that either. I expected to pay 30.00 and they charged 180.00.

This company is a total joke! If I could give them no stars , I would. It's fine that their product sucks, because I was promised I could make a return. But when you ask someone at the company about a return , they just stop replying to you. They also signed me up for a monthly membership that I did not sign up for. I was unable to recoup my money on that too. DO NOT buy anything from this company. They are complete scammers.

Do not trust this company. The product is ordered was junk and didn't work. I tried to return it and I had to pay to return and I am still waiting on the refund. I will report this to my bank as fraud

Total Scam I ordered the pro glasses, Did not receive the glasses shown in ad ,they added hidden charges for $14.99 on a cheap clear plastic case total $54.99. On the very day I receive package, they took $49.99 out of my account with out my permission no luck getting answers or my money, Scam and fraud site.
