Very very poor standard and customer service, I wished I had read the reviews before placing the order.
Placed my order a month ago and they keep sending me tracking but the tracking hasn’t moved in 2 weeks. No reply to my customer support messages.
Nobody to communicate with about this and after reading these complaints, I’m sooo disappointed.
It’s a scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WONT GET YOUR JEWELRY!!

I am extremely disappointed with this jewelry order. The pieces look nothing like the photos advertised online. The quality is very poor — they arrived tarnished, flimsy, and cheap-looking. One of the clasps doesn’t even open, making it completely unwearable.

On top of that, all the bracelets are different shades, so you can’t even wear them together as a set. They look mismatched and low quality. I will not be wearing them at all.

This was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Order placed and never delivered. CS refers to Tracking website which is laggy and does not reflect a delivery date, for ex, “38 days in transit” . I gave up hoping to get my order. Wasted money. Poor experience.

Placed an order on December 22, 2025. The item was never received. Their website is not working . When I click the tracking number they provided it says order not found . Please beware and do not purchase from them.

I ordered and received some bangles and bracelets, but I only really wore two and after a few weeks one of them started to lose the little stones from the bangle. I got in touch with their customer service team who offered me a discount on a future purchases that I absolutely will not be making if the products I have received or anything to go by. They said they could not do anything for me because it had been longer than 30 days. I would suggest that you do not waste your money on this company which I have found supplies low quality items

This place is a scam !!!! Don’t order from here!!! They are full of shit !!

First the website said order would take 3 to 6 business days. That hasn't happened, next here before Christmas that hasn't happened. Oh, emailed them twice no response. In the process of disputing charges with my bank for fraudulent business charges. Will never purchase from them again. The only reason I did is because my little sister really wanted this stuff.

I have now received the parcel and am very happy with my order. I must say that Novas jewellery have been very prompt and helpful with their response to my queries.
I was happy with their support and response. Thank you.
This company cannot be trusted at all. I had placed an order and after a few weeks of no response or delivery, I emailed them only to be told that it was being processed. Fake tracking information was given. I emailed them three times and yesterday they responded by saying that the order has been delivered through my letterbox. I have not received anything. I will certainly look into this and report to trading standards.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and they gave me a fake tracking number and claim on their website that my package is delivered with no proof of delivery. Scam.

This page is a scam. I ordered a few items for my friends birthday, my partner has also ordered on the same day.
We have both not received the orders, placed nearly 3 weeks ago. August 5th.
Emailed customer service who have “passed the issue over” however I still haven’t had a reply from that team. Tracking information is sparse and hasn’t updated for 2 weeks.

I would avoid this company. They look like an official jewellery shop however I believe they’re scammers. Haven’t had my money back as of yet. I will be escalating with my bank.
