Joining Nova has been great for my career. I've made some truly valuable connections with people in several fields as well as taking advantages of opportunities I wouldn't have found otherwise. If you're looking to connect with top talent and take your career to the next level, I highly recommend checking it out.

I joined NOVA in 2021 and all the events I took part in, people I've met were truly genuine and made a huge impact in my career !

You either hate it because you have to pay 150 euros/ year for a subscription, or you love it because of all it has to offer. I mean, I have taken full advantage of this platform. I have two mentors now, talked to over 20 professionals, and learned about each other from all over Europe. I've contributed to the discussions, and the best thing about becoming a new member is the badge of honor. I can assure you that the people on this platform are truly among the top 3% in their careers.
What I don't like about this platform is that they are adding new features quite rapidly without addressing the issues with existing features. For example, the Gravity session, where most people don't even show up. Their way of dealing with this is to give harsh ratings to those who do attend, but this is a very slow process.

I joined Nova Talent ~8 years ago and looking back, I can confidently say it was very impactful in my career.

Nova is much more than a network—it’s a community of motivated people who push each other to grow and create meaningful change. Through Nova, I had the chance to connect with inspiring professionals from different industries (from "finance bros" to opera singers :) ), many of whom I now consider not just colleagues, but lifelong friends. The opportunities, mentorship, and insights I gained through this network have been invaluable in shaping my career.

Are the employees of the company itself allow to write reviews as they are clients?

I am considering to join Nova and I was checking some reviews from members. What a surprise when I checked the names of the people giving good reviews and I see that the first 5 that I have checked are working in the company full time. I didn't check the remaining ones, but I think it is already concerning.

Isn't that against the code of conduct of Nova Talent itself? Isn't that a misuse of the Trust pilot platform?

This is a huge red flag to me. Can any Nova give an explanation? Can any real Nova (not paid by the company) provide an honest opinion? Is this considered a misuse of the platform?

I was redirected to this website from a job posting on LinkedIn. After completing the first part of the application, I discovered in the FAQ that the application was indeed to become a member of NOVA, which I do not wish to be, paying a €149 fee. This is the most dishonest onboarding experience I've ever encountered. I've repeatedly asked for my account and data to be removed from their system by email (of course, there's no option to do this on their website) and they've ignored every email I've sent. Instead, they keep sending automated emails urging me to continue my application with fake deadlines that always get pushed.

As I told them: tricking people into joining your site under the guise of a job application is unethical, rethink your marketing strategy.

Peccato che al di là del paywall ci siano solo:
- posizioni lavorative (poche, pochissime) per ruoli junior
- eventi ed attività a pagamento
- mentorship per figure junior.

A mie numerose richieste di rimborso hanno fatto orecchie da mercanti, quindi quanto scrivono qui sotto in risposta è pienamente falso.
