Been ordering for years - good quality juice for good prices.
Customer service replies are always quick when I've e-mailed.
Expiry dates used to be misleading (old labels had unusual expiry dates), however this has been sorted on my most recent orders.

I've been ordering from NovaVapes for years and have always recieved great quality products and fast delivery.

I have never found a store that offers eLiquid of this quality for anywhere near the same price, either.

The new website is nice and works well. I have not had to deal with customer service, but I have heard good things.

Have been a customer for a long time. My go-to juice shop. Packaging, shipping and flavor are all top-notch!

My current tank doesnt seem to like VG centric juices too much, so I opt to get my own nicotine shots for the shortfills and no issues after.

I highly recommend the Watermelon Twist ICE, one of the, if not, best flavors I have ever come across.

I loved Dripdrop but I think NovaVapes trumps it!!!

Great tasting vape juices and best value I've seen anywhere, shortfills come with a free nic-shot. Finally found an online shop worth using. Think it works out at around 80p-£1 per 10ml depending on what you choose if you use the bundle options.

They fit through a letterbox so all parties save on shipping. Smart idea really, surprised I haven't seen it done before. Would much rather have that than a slightly more aesthetically pleasing bottle. Will be a commonly returning customer for sure

Brilliant flavours for half the price. If I was to pay £10 per 50ml with a free nic shot in a vape shop for their juices I wouldn't even question it (please don't go down this route though :) ). My favourites are Lemon custard doughnut, mango lassi and fineapple.

I've had a few orders recently and every single time it's been despatched within 24hrs and received within 24/48hrs. It's packed perfectly to fit through your letter box so you don't even need to be home.

I've only had 1 issue with an order and that was on the royalmail end, not novavapes.

Nicholas and Charlotte were very helpful in sorting this out for me and getting my order to me.
