I was approached three years ago to transfer funds from a group benefits plan in UK to a Novia Global equivalent. Soon my funds were and Dubai and I was able to track growth performance .. I was able to withdraw a portion of funds at 55, but the remainder has not grown at all over this time. I wanted to change to a self directed fund but I was refused. I am currently trying to withdraw all remaining funds to a pension plan in my new home country. Good luck to me!

I have been attempting to transfer my ISA from one company to Novia through my adviser. Despite submitting the necessary documents and the transfer appearing as accepted on their website, neither my adviser nor I have received any updates regarding the switch. It has been over six weeks, which is unexpectedly long for a reputed company.

I was told Novia is a great platform for Pension investment, sadly I took that on face value, and compared with any modern broker, it's rubbish, and for exuberant fee's.
It just looks like a scam for financial advisors to get a kick back managing a set of ETFs on your behalf.
After all the fee's, the value gain you get from a SIPP managed by your advisor is negligible..

Not quite sure where to begin with this but safe to say that over 4 years, my pension fund has not increased by a penny and in fact lost funds. The only people who have made any money are Novia and the broker.
