Ease of purchase and great service
It was very easy to set up an appointment with a sales person, go and view some diamonds, and the sales person is knowledgeable in helping us choose the perfect ring in our budget. There is also an easy instalment payment plan and communication throughout the whole process. Very happy with the service and the product.

The saleperson who assisted me was patient and worked through a few different design ideas and when I arrived things were quick and organised. I also appreciated the quality of workmanship while being very price competitive at the same time.

All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Their suggestion on larger side diamonds was spot on . Giving 4 not 5 as the band could have been wider, but that is probably my fault, so 4 is maybe a bit stingey!

You should look for lab grown diamond, and pay Novita Diamond a visit. You wont get disappointed
Was looking for an engagement ring for my proposal and booked an appointment with Novita Perth showroom and was assisted by Doria. I couldnt find anything to complain. Knowledgable, professional and super helpful. She helped me chose the perfect proposal ring and now we’re coming back for our wedding rings thanks Doria and the team.

I can't recommend Novita Diamonds highly enough I had a fabulous experience with Dhyana she was very professional and knowledgeable. I loved the fact that you could actually try the diamond on your finger in a ring setting, I also found Novita to have better diamonds and cheaper than other lab diamond specialists. Once I ordered my diamond it was at my doorstep in no time and it was beyond my dreams, over the moon with my purchase. Chrissy :) xx

Best Ring shopping experience
Wow what an amazing experience it has been. My now fiancé and I went ring shopping to many many different places and there’s was no experience as wonderful as the experience we had at Novita Diamonds. My ring is absolutely beautiful and was such a good price compared to all other places for a beautiful rock which is the same as many other places. Don’t get me started on how great Doria.Q was when it came to the consultation. We got the chance to try on many styles and stone sizes. I was shocked at how easy it was to do this and customise the ring to the options which we had. Let’s just say the options are pretty much endless 😍. Would definitely recommend Novita to anyone looking for that perfect engagement ring I sure did find mine here.

Original set was stolen, but this ring from Novita is MUCH BETTER!
My husband suggested we look at Novita Diamonds as an option after having my original set of engagement, wedding and eternity rings stolen. I had been looking all over for something to replace them and what Novita did for me was not only replace what I had lost, but make it even more special so I didn't miss my original set. The service was outstanding - so easy and I got to see exactly what it would look like before it was made - very clever!
