Customer service is awesome, Ivy was super helpful long after the return policy was up and the mistake was mine she accommodated me to make it right..

Very good company, I ordered some led lights of amazon and one of them came vaulty so I contacted novsight and they sent me a replacement pair free of charge without even asking me to send back the first ones, no delivery fee or nothing. Completely free.
10 out of 10 customer service, its been a while since I've encountered a company with this good service. The lights are very bright too compared to other brands I tried.

The lights worked fine, for 5 months. The secondary(X) bulb in my driver's side light went dim and finally stopped working. I reached out to their customer service team for a warranty bulb and was told they WILL NOT replace the bulb because I bought the set on Amazon. If the NOVSIGHT means NOTHING, change your name to Amazon. With all of the competition in this industry, you would think great customer service could help set you apart from others. Failed.

Ordered four days ago and paid for express. They printed a GROUND SHIPPING label so far, but have not actually shipped and will not refund me for the express shipping I paid for. I do not recommend buying anything from Thai company.

I had a problem with my lights. I contacted NovSight via email and, within 24 hours, received a response and a solution. I received a replacement within 3 days... Now that's good service.

Ordered a switch panel and some lights from company. Switch panel was received defective and Novsight customer service is ignoring my request for refund or replacement even though I notified them with evidence within 3 days of receiving product. They are not helpful at all. I do not recommend ordering from their website. The lights look great but I feel their quality will lack in the near future as well and I’ll be left holding the bag as they clearly do not honor their warranty or offer good customer service.

Fails to cover their own warranties which is warranty fraud.

Will not replace item well within warranty an making really hard to get replacement or refund.

Legal action will be taken.

Purchased a light bar from Novsight. The package arrived after about ten days and looked like it had been around the world. The shipping tag said florida but i'm pretty sure it got drop shipped from China. Somewhere along the way the brackets and harness went missing out of one of the many holes in the packaging. Novsight customer service replaced the missing parts (drop shipped from china verified). Still waiting for them. It will be about 1 moth from purchase to complete delivery of a product I should have ordered on amazon for an overnight delivery.

Converted my projector headlights on my Peugeot to LED with there bulbs no problems at all with fantastic light output

About to do my Saab aswell so will order again from novsight

3years the bulbs have been in my pug still going strong

This company is a scam!!!! Stay away! I just reported them the tried to scam me out of $350. They will take your payment and send you a fake tracking companies info 🙄 Selling out of China!

Die Installation war sehr einfach in meinem 2009 Toyota Sienna. Die LED-Lampen machen einen großen Unterschied und die verbesserte Helligkeit ist wirklich unglaublich. Ich wechselte 2 der regulären Strahlen und 2 der Fernlichter aus. Ich wünschte nur, ich machte die Änderung früher und nicht warten, bis eine meiner ursprünglichen Glühbirnen ging schlecht.

These are so bright I almost feel guilty driving with them on. Imaginea camera flash that stays on all the time. Signs will light up 4 cars ahead of you from your lights. Great product!

Got these to replace the standard halogens in my husband’s Nissan Leaf - these are a good match for the day running lights and are a good bit brighter than the halogens. Size wise almost identical and literally plug and play no wiring as the cooling fans are built in. Can’t speak to the longevity yet but so far so good.

Purchased after one low beam on my 2019 Yukon went out. Went right in with little fuss. The light the bulb emits is crisp and clean. It is brighter than the stock halogen and with a lot less glare. After two days of driving with them I went ahead and purchased the high beam bulbs also. Both sets light up the night. They are very well constructed and fit nicely.

Leuchtmittel bereits nach 2 Monaten defekt. Mit einer Garantie von 1 Jahr wird geworben, aber nur auf dem Papier. Einen Ersatz gibt es nicht, das die Leuchtmittel nicht mehr hergestellt werden, den Kaufpreis will man auch nicht erstatten. Stattdessen seit Wochen unnötige E-Mails mit dem Angebot prozentualer Nachlässe und Erstattungen.

French : Bonjour, J'ai effectué une commande (102619044004187) le 09/06/19. Les ampoules LED H4 ont donc fonctionné pendant deux ans puis sont tombés en panne. J'étais rassuré que le site affiche une garantie de trois ans mais après de nombreux échanges avec le service client, celui ci refuse de m'offrir une solution, il s'agit donc de publicité mensongère. Vendeur à ne pas recommander.
