We made the costly mistake of allowing this awful company and it's sub-contractors access to our newly decorated flat to install windows in our absence. The boss of the sub-contractor Joe, assured us the work would be to the highest standard and kept thoroughly clean. When we arrived at the flat we discovered the workmanship was extremely poor with dents and scuffs to window cills, walls and new paintwork. Dirty fingerprints were left on walls and doors with the carpets, bedding and furniture being covered in bits of plaster and dust. empty food and drinks cartons and other rubbish left behind. To cap it all the fitters entered a locked bathroom with a screwdriver to gain entry to our bathroom- where they used our towels! This is criminal
We reported this damage to Novus Property Solutions, who visited the property to view and photgraph the damage etc. Erik the Novus site manager, assured us an adequate compensatory package for all the damage would be issued...IT WASN'T. Novus Head Office re-nigged on the agreement! Warning do not let this company enter your properties.

A generic response from Novus! What is the point when I have been dealing with your customer service team!! Perhaps Novus should "man-up" and pay up the compensatory package agreed with Erik the Novus site manager before he and Novus renigged on our agreement.

Communication was great. It was handy having Taryn’s number so I could ring her with any queries (which she dealt with promptly). The workmen men were polite and courteous. And of course my new kitchen is lovely!

Excellent Service From Start to Finish

We have just had a complete kitchen renovation carried out by NOVUS and we are extremely pleased with the finished result.

From the initial survey through to completion, the team were professional, polite, hardworking and always willing to answer any questions we had. Every tradesperson who came to our home was courteous, respectful and took pride in their work.

The project involved multiple stages including removal of the old kitchen, electrical work, plastering, flooring, plumbing and installation of the new kitchen. All work was completed to a high standard and the finished kitchen looks fantastic.

Communication throughout the project was excellent and any issues or questions were dealt with promptly and professionally. The workmanship and attention to detail have transformed the room completely.

We would like to thank everyone involved for their hard work and would have no hesitation in recommending NOVUS to anyone considering a new kitchen.

Fantastic from start to finish. Management team introduced themselves immediately and went through job specifications, my needs and wishes. They listened and made relevant adaptions. All were incredibly polite, knowledgeable and understanding to what I needed/wanted. The work of the tradesmen was incredible. Punctual, tidy, polite and excellent at their trade. All of them went above and beyond going the extra mile for my bathroom design. They were all proud of their trade and they all clearly wanted it finished to perfection. Management were out almost daily to carry out inspections and communication throughout was incredible.
I felt very safe in my home as a female with young children of them coming in and out.
I cannot thank all of them enough from the bottom of my heart for the incredible bathroom I am now finally proud of. Thank you so much.

Working really well wiv me as I've learning disabilitys n disabled there's still few tweeks hear or there but I'm happy wiv my bathroom some of the work men left bits of mess so I cleaned it using my industrial hoover n then the work men asked me politely if they cud use it other than the 3 plasterer guys i had only one made such mess but i wud highly recommend novus for there outstanding communication politeness from all staff Eddie n site manager Shaun both respectful gentleman thank u all so much

All the team what was assigned to my property has been excellent all matters covered all polite and all done a brilliant job any concerns which were raised were all covered and done brilliantly

My Novus kitchen was completed yesterday and I am so chuffed with it I want every one to know about it.
From start to finish every member of the team has been lovely.
From picking my kitchen to having different tradesman in and out over the last nine working days, every one of them have been great. Whilst it did mean I had to go without my cooker and washing machine for nearly two weeks I had planned ahead and brought plenty of micro meals and salads. To keep the dust down I kept all others doors shut whilst work was going on. I highly recommend Novus. I wish I could put the before and after vids on here for you, to see what a lovely kitchen I now have.

I had these to do my kitchen. They were hard working, very polite, tidied up after themselves. Rich and kacey kept me informed. Jason who was here most of the time was fantastic hard working. Kevin who come in worked well to. 💯 recommended them

Novus property Solutions have been excellent. They have been working within the area of a Community centre I work at and have offered their services to the community for free so that they can give back to our community at The Hythe in Colchester. Very impressed with their management team and their staff who were so lovely and did a superb job in our kitchens. I would highly recommend them. Well done, team.

Very good customer service. Staff very polite and helpful. Full kitchen fitted excellently fitted no complaints at all . Kacy was a pleasure to deal with and has excellent customer service . Also very respectful of property. The fitter's also very respectful of property and when i had to go out i was happy to leave them very genuine people ,they even brought my packages in thats above and beyond. Highly recommend

I'm a resident of Cannock, and recently needed to have my kitchen renovated. I cannot rate this company highly enough. From the very beginning to the very end of my kitchen renovations, the entire team have been fantastic. I was always kept informed of what was going on at every stage, and any questions I had were always answered quickly and thoroughly. The work was carried out much sooner than I expected, and was done very efficiently. Everyone takes great pride in their work and it is all done to a very high standard. All of the workers that came through my property were very respectful of my space and always asked permission if they needed to access anywhere other than the kitchen, and they made sure to place down floor protection when they needed to use other areas of my house frequently. I honestly can't thank them all enough for turning an old, outdated, boring kitchen into something that we genuinely love spending time in.

I am a Cannock resident and Novus and Sp Solutions have just finished revamping my kitchen. I am so happy with the result as I really couldn't imagine there could be such a great outcome. The workers were fab and never left any mess at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone for home improvements. Thankyou Novus for everything you have done for me and my Husband.

Excellent company! all staff were helpful and well mannered, respected my home and answered any questions I had (or my children had), the finished outcome looks amazing and even better than I originally thought, thank you all so much ♥️

All the staff electrician, plasterer, kitchen fitter, decorator were fantastic, helpful and kept the job moving

Just had a new kitchen fitted. Most of the work carried out was fantastic and would have been 5 stars except for the plumbing side. The tap pipes were fitted to the wrong taps? So cold to the right and not the left The pipe extension for the washing machine (cold fill) is connected to the hot water pipe? The connection for the washer pipe to screw on is facing right instead of left, so the pipe would have a kink in it and that's if it even reaches The outside tap is not working and never tested after the work?

I can’t complain at all about the service we had everyone that came was nice polite and understanding.
Nothing was too much trouble.
They cleaned up every day after they was done.I really can’t fault them.
Lovely team to have working in my house,welcome back anytime.

We are a cannock resident and just ad our kitchen redone. We can't express how pleased we are with the work that was carried out by each and every trades person, each one as friendly as the last and respected our home while doing so. Our kitchen as been done to an high standard and we are over the moon with the finish..Never been so happy with my kitchen. Thank you to everyone who did their part and more 😀 x
