Misleading Call Out Quote
Originally quoted £85 call out from NS Heating and Plumbing to look at our Glenhill hot water tank. The quote text stated "This will include travel from Nottingham and majority of calls are resolved within the first hour when on site." I agreed and Nigel came to fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. When I received the invoice he had charged £105 call out fee for the call out and travel. After trying to discuss this matter with him and having paid the amount I believed was correct, he insisted it was not enough and stated he would come and collect his parts that he had fitted. I believe his quote was misleading, inaccurate and his behaviour unprofessional. I will not be using his services again and would not recommend this business.
