Poor processing and communication.
I have shopped with NSW CPAP for years. They have a good range and fair pricing. Unfortunately the service has fallen off drastically. My recent order (more than $1400) was not processed after one week with NO updates at all. Only after I queried (by email) was it processed and shipped (express). The customer should not have to chase these things up. Anyway this is my experience. I hope yours is better. I won't be shopping with them again.

Great customer service and they go the distance
Had some issues in getting through on the phone however they told me this was now sorted out and was due to members on leave.
What I have to say is they really excelled in customer service and helping me out.
Absolutely fantastic and although I am a solid Qlander I prefer to buy from someone who really cares even when remote than someone who doesnt but is more convenient.

A very good lady I spoke to who gave me amazing advice in relation to my cpap device. She spent time explaining things over the phone and clarifying things I did not understand.
This led me directly in putting in an order for a new mask and wipes.
This would also lead me to future orders and recommend you to others with cpap devices
