The Jar of tallow arrived in bits. Packaging was not adequate. I've received jars of honey etc, from other companies which were well packaged with No problems. Delivery was by Evri which in itself explains a lot. No reply back from this company either

Taste is quality, didn't take long to arrive, price right

Bought a rosmerry hair oil and it Smells terrible. Do not recommend at all

Not received items yet, pointless asking for a review 🙄

Quick delivery, well packaged, good price. I will continue to order from Nture

The cacao powder came through ok. However, the order showed a complimentary gift, which swayed me to buy this product. However, the complimentary gift did not arrive.

POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 1 month on product not arrived 0 response after 3 attempts.
Makes me realise what the products are like.

Easy to order, good competitive price and the product was very good. Will order this product from this company again

Fantastic company giving a fab service of high quality supplements .
Wi certainly use them again .

Small business with good products, always a great service.

I ordered 3x 500g packs of Cacao at £16.49 and only received x2 packs.
I’ve also sent 3 emails to this company in 3days and haven’t had a reply.
I will be contacting my bank Monday morning to recover the £16.49 I am owed.

Great experience, very helpful, hopefully will be placeing regular orders, & local & Fast Delivery 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👌

I got the bundle tallow which is a jar of 700g organic beef tallow and tallow cream for face. Both products are big disappointment the least to say. The beef tallow has a strong smell of a barn and the texture is grainy and the colour isn’t pale white and when I opened the seal was broken, which made me worry to begin with. The face cream has separated and was leaking by the time of delivery and is scented and not one that is pleasant for me at least. I contacted the seller and they have not even replied to my two emails thus far. I also don’t know how to request for a refund since no one is responding to my emails.

Response time good. Item good.
