Fantastic customer service
Hello, I was having an issue with my 7 stage undersink RO system, my water started to have a foul smell and my filters were only about 3 month old. I reached out and everyone i chatted with give me some info and things I could try and that was helpful but didnt fix my issue. I ordered new filters and put them in and my problem was solved. However, I explained this too JENNIFER and she was very understanding and sent me replacement filters free of charge! I NEVER have had this kind of service from a company! They care about there products and want too keep there customers and I will definitely be staying with NU Aqua for my family's clean safe water needs! Thank you Jennifer and everyone at NU AQUA for you exceptional service and care for your customers!

Fantastic, Live Customer Service
The customer service is really great with this company. I had a power outage and my filtration system stopped working. I reached out to the chat on the website and the person worked with me to figure out what was wrong with the system - I needed a new part. The chat had closed by the time my partner was able to send me our order number, so I needed to contact someone new. The new customer service person worked with the person I'd talked to earlier and was able to order me the necessary part. While I can appreciate the use of AI bots for technology, I'm very grateful that this company still directs you to an actual, live PERSON. I'm giving 5 stars for the experience - I'll see when the part arrives, whether this brings our water filtration system back up and running again.

Great experience with support starting with when I called in I spoke w Rob in support and he was able to help me understand my out of warranty options and likely fixes. I submitted my details to support and Jennifer was able to help me out right away and get me the part that I needed to get my water filter running again. Thanks for the great support guys for making this an easy repair.
