Our county building department is a nightmare to deal with. They reject everything. I was worried buying a kit online would cause permit issues, but Nuecosystems provided stamped engineered drawings that sailed right through approval. The inspector was actually impressed with the gauge of the steel framing during his site visit. If you hate red tape, buy from these guys.

I ordered the Steel Eco-Kit, and it arrived from the factory as promised, in only 5 1/2 weeks. I would recommend NuEco and their factory to anyone in the market for a building like this.

We had needed a cabin that could be elevated off the ground due to our possible flooding during the rainy season. Nueco designed us a cabin that was 5ft off the ground and also helped with our plans to submit the planning and zoning department.

The cabin was approved very quickly by the planning department with zero changes required.

We received the kit last week and we have begun building it.

The factory representative answered all of our questions that came up, prior to ordering the cabin.

While doing my due diligence on this company, i saw many good reviews but also one that was very concerning. i decided to work with them regardless of the one negative review, and I am so glad i did. Ron and the folks at NuEco Systems were extremely professional, and delivered exactly on all of their commitments. Ron was so responsive, i wondered if he ever slept. Their expertise and professionalism exceeded all of my expectations. I whole-heartedly will use them again, and recommend them to all of my social network.

Great teamwork. Thanks for your help getting everything we needed to get our building permit processed. We did a small barndo design and Cesar’s help with the floor plan was great. The fact that you were able to provide color samples helped us get the metal siding approved too. We plan on doing a 2nd building next summer too.

We needed help getting engineered stairs and full architectural details for the floorplan. They put us in touch with some great resources and even changed dimensions a couple of times through the process. In the end the price was lower than they first quoted. I was also really impressed that they were able to deliver the building in less than 6 weeks.
