Hi,

We're sorry you encountered this and know that a price difference would be worrying,

The pricing of NumberOTP may differ from service to service, country to country, and number/provider to number/provider and may change in real time as well. We do, however, take complaints of price discrepancies very seriously and we'd love to look into what went on in your instance.

Please email our support team with the email address linked to your NumberOTP account and screenshots of what you saw and how much you saw when you attempted to purchase. We will check the transaction and explain the issue to you.

We apologize for the frustration this caused and appreciate you letting us know.

Best regards,
NumberOTP Team
