I ordered an item that was listed as "On Stock/For Backorders". After three days the order confirmation was still missing, so I emailed them to check. I received the info that my order has been cancelled due to the fact that the item is sold out at the supplier. So they simply cancelled my order.
Seems they do only some sort of drop shipment, not having their own stock. So they obviously have absolutely no control on which items are really available.

pre-ordered the 5oz Tiffany Gold coin from NumisCollect and had to pay in advance, which initially made me a bit unsure—especially after seeing a few mixed comments online. However, the whole process turned out to be smooth and reliable.

Shipping updates were sent automatically once the coin was on its way, and it arrived securely packaged about a week after the official release date. The coin itself was in perfect condition—exactly what I was hoping for.

All in all, I had a great experience with NumisCollect and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I pre-ordered a coin in August 2023. It has been available for months on their site but despite my multiple requests, they did not send me this coin and no longer respond to my emails

When I ordered my coins the end of December 2021 it shipped very fast and already received them last week.

I collect the calendar series from the Mint of Poland. The Slavic Calendar was nowhere to be found. Okay, in Ukraine (no delivery to EU) and on eBay where a seller from the USA asked over 1000 dollars for it. I found NumisCollect’ webshop because they had other coins from the Polish Mint for sale. I asked by email if they could deliver the Slavic Calender coin. They contacted their contact person at the Polish Mint and arranged for me to purchase the coin for the issue price. I was amazed. NumisCollect has made an extra effort for me and offers the coin for the normal price. Communication goes via email, sometimes it took some time to receive an answer but the communication was always customer-friendly and correct. I received my coins perfectly packaged and without shipping costs so I am a happy customer, happy with the purchase of some beautiful coins and I highly recommend shipping at NumisCollect.

Bought several pieces of Cook Islands coins. Arrived in in two shipments. Two coins was pre-order and they got delayed at the mint. NumisCollect on their own cost shipped in two shipments. Perfect service! Next order for a hard to get Palau Tiffany coin already done and was shipped two days after my payment. I just wanted to share this as I was hesitant a bit but they got themselves a new regular client.

Ik heb 1 keer een munt besteld bij Numis en ik ben erg zeer tevreden mee. Het online bestellen ging zonder haperingen, ik kon online betalen met creditcard (belangrijk voor mij) en het hele proces was veilig. De verzending van de munt was uitstekend. Al na 2 dagen had ik mijn bestelling in huis, precies op tijd om het als relatiegeschenk te geven aan een klant.

Very happy with this seller! I pre-ordered the Black Panter coin which was a bit delayed jn the end, but very clear communication about the ETA. Received it well after release. Recommended!

Got my refund after 2 months only because ,I was lucky enough to pay with PayPal.
