Sent two different colors...
First I was sent two different color dumbbells, took a week to get the right color replaced, a month later I recieved an email saying its my last warning to return the mistaken dumbbell or i will be charged which i wasnt aware i had to return do to their negligence. It's disappointing I had to go through all this during already a stressful time moving to a new home. Also trying to resolve this issue with customer service, took them a week to reply to each of my email.

We apologize for the color mixup as it was a factory error. We did correct it, send you the right color and had requested the wrong color to be returned after receiving your correct color via the same email thread, we had sent multiple emails for you to return the incorrect color but we did not receive a reply. After numerous attempts we had sent another email advising that the dumbbell you were not returning would be billed for if not returned and you then reply to us same day and returned the dumbbell. Thank you
In the dark re my order/All's well
On November 21, 2022, I ordered a pair of Nuobell dumbbells. On November 22, I received an email from Axrep, the official Nuobell distributor that said that my order was on its way, this email included a tracking number. The tracking number first showed an expected delivery data of November 23, 2022, it was not delivered that day and since then the tracking shows that a label was created on 11/22/2022 in Ottawa. I have gone back to this tracking every day since November 24 and it always shows that a label was created on November 22. My understanding is that this means that my order has not yet been shipped to the carrier. On Friday November 25, I contacted sales at Nuobell.ca to find out what is happening with my order and have yet to receive a reply. I am left in the dark and I don't appreciate it. Edit November 30: I have since received a reply from Axrep apologizing for the delay and that it was due to logistical difficulties and that my shipment was now on route and should be with me within days. I feel better about this and will wait and see. Received my dumbbells today and they were well packed and look great! They are very well designed.

The product is amazing!
The product is amazing. It is far superior then the Bowflex. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because of the longer delivery time. It was suppose to be 1 to 4 days, but it took two weeks. I am pretty sure it is the delivery company's fault.

We apologies for the delay you had experienced, we did prep and ship out your order within 24hours of ordering, however there was indeed a delay on the courier side this could have been caused by the overload of the black Friday sales week.

prior to placing your order we had advised you this is a custom order which we had to specially request for you and would take 6-8 weeks and you were fine with that.

Great Product you will not be disappointed
Ive used the weights twice since delivery. They are really great, very impressed. I do not regret a thing. Switch weight amount is super easy and smooth. The weights feel like a dumbbells should with almost no rattle.
