Long time to receive and order incorrect. Company doesn't listen.
I ordered 2 items on May 8th and only received a delivery today. When I opened the package, it is wrong. I contacted them through their website to let them know the what I received was not what I ordered. I was offered, a choice between a refund for the missing item or they would send the missing item. I chose to have the missing item sent. Very soon after, I received a notice stating that my refund had been processed. When I inquired about it, they stated that I had changed my mind. Not once did I ask for a refund. They advised it was the same thing, if I just reordered. I mentioned that I would be paying for shipping. Now they want to send me a coupon for a shipping discount. I give up, they screwed up and I feel they should just fix it by sending me the product I ordered. BTW, the product ships from the States so not actually Canadian. I give up. Will purchase elsewhere in future.
