Placed order on 11/03/26. Chased delivery on 15th and 16th March. Advised that delivery would be with us no later than 19th March. Chased again on 19/03/26. Advised shipment sent on 20th March so was expecting on that day or next. Waited in all day on the 21st March to receive the delivery, which was a total waste of a Saturday as nothing delivered. Pity the customer service wasn't as good as the product.

Used Nitriment in the past - generally very happy with the product.

However - they clearly having issues with order system, warehouse management. Despite stating same day dispatch I got nothing and no notification. Don’t bother emailing customer services or management emails - they don’t respond.

Telephone customer services are nice - but still could not commit to a dispatch date…

Disappointed. I had to make other arrangements. And when the order finally arrived I had to return it.

Our dogs love Nutriment and we have been using for years, however for at least the last 4 months their ‘next day delivery’ is anything but, it is at least 3 days and sometimes arrives 5 days after ordering. I’ve raised this with customer services who keep giving various excuses saying it’s a ‘temporary’ issue yet nothing seems to improve.

My latest order was placed on Thursday afternoon which should have meant a Saturday delivery, I duly received a 'order dispatched' email on Friday morning however the tracking number wouldn't work and nothing arrived on Saturday.

I made telephone contact with Nutriment on Monday morning to find out where my order was to be told by the male customer service rep that he couldn't track it either and couldn't answer where the order was, he told me that he had ordered a replacement order for me which should arrived on Tuesday. Yet again nothing arrived on Tuesday, so I phoned Nutriment again on Wednesday morning to be told they could find no record of a replacement order being ordered and yet again another replacement will need to be ordered - it's now 6 days and counting and I am still missing my order.

Nutriment charge a significant fee for delivery and their delivery service and frankly customer service continues to be very poor - they keep giving excuses that they have moved premises and systems have changed but these issues have been persistent for 3 months, yet they still continue to charge a very high price and advertise next day delivery with orders placed before 1pm knowing full well this doesn't happen!

Nutriment need to get a grip of their systems and return to their previous levels of service, in the mean time they need to at least place a notice on their website updating loyal customers of their continued delays and consider offering reduced delivery fees until they can guarantee next day delivery again

Both kittens love it,they found the texture easy to eat and every bowl is clean. No messing about or just licking up gravy. Would highly recommend.

Excellent product. My cat really likes it. I would say healthy eating for cats!! I have been with Nutriment for almost 10 months for my kitten. He is really healthy and fluffy.

As usual the ordering process was excellent!! I have a problem with the delivery package. It used to come in a polystyrene box that helped the food stay frozen. The new one was only paper and had started to defrost!!

Great food for our puppy, as a large breed it supports his joints and bones. Good choice of flavours to chose from.

Swift service and delivery. Dog loves the food. Just wish they did the kidney care in the chub rolls.

I've bought my dog's food from Nutriment for a long time, and never had any issues. If I order before the cut off time, it gets despatched the same day. If I order after the cut off time, it gets despatched the following day.
Until now. I placed an order early morning on Tuesday so it should have been despatched the same day. It wasn't so I sent an email. I got a response on the Wednesday saying it was due to go out that day. It didn't.
It's now Thursday and I've been told it'll be despatched no later than early next week.
So now I have to figure out what my dog is going to eat because we'll have run out of food before my order is despatched.
Seriously considering taking my custom elsewhere.

I have a very fussy puppy, she turns her nose up at everything I have offered her, but she doesn't with gently steamed turkey Nutriment, she absolutely loves it, and the delivery was fast too.

Very quick delivery, good food, suits my really elderly dog, will continue to purchase.

Super fast delivery my pooch still loves his raw food would always recommend Nurtiment after my pooch had allergies and constant stomach issues the Nutriment Sensitive Stomach cured it overnight

Great service and prompt delivery. The only negative is that the polystyrene boxes often arrive damaged and cannot be reused.

Product quality is excellent, my cat loves it - just the beef though. Fast delivery and good communication. Brilliant packaging for keeping the product frozen. One pack lasts 3 days.

Has anyone else noticed a change in service from Nutriment recently. For 11 years their service has been faultless, their deliveries in particular, provided they are asked to use DPD and not DX, are ultimately reliable.
Then suddenly they decided to hold up a much needed delivery of £170.00 with of raw food due to four pizzles' being out of stock, despite showing stock when ordered.
It took a week of pleading with them and escalating it to customer services to finally get it released.
I hope this was just a very bad decision from a delusional misguided individual and not a sign of things to come.
I even started to suspect the company had a change of owners or management.
Come on Nutriment, we order food because our pets want feeding, not just to keep you off the dole.

I will be looking for a different supplier. I can no longer select or even pay extra an AM delivery and as I’m disabled that’s a problem. I need the food to arrive when I have someone here to unpack it

They overpack the polystyrene boxes, and they split open. Meaning deliveries arriving in the warmer months can be partially defrosted.

This time something happened with DPD meaning my delivery wasn’t coming that day. Nobody informed me! The woman on the phone could not care any less, I’d have probably got a better reaction from my dogs plushy toy!

Raw feeding your dogs is great, but be careful what company you buy from for almost 10 years, because they really don’t care
