I had a great experience from the start. Polite person and welcoming, a unique plan put in place for my body type. I have an extremely fast metabolism and can eat up to double the amount required for my body weight. The best selected natural organic foods which I like and enjoy were encorporated into this plan. Marinas vast knowledge on nutrients in context to body types is paramount.
I cannot thank you enough for getting me to the point where I am lean, built muscle, lost fat and most importantly I am feeling amazing mentally & physically. That is the main thing being content and happy in our bodies and being the best we can and to reach our personal best always.
WE ARE WHAT WE EAT so always think before you put anything inside of you. This service has been the best money ever spent as health is priceless! HEALTH=WEALTH! 🙏🏼💯👌👍🫡

I had a really frustrating experience with this place. Poor communication is a huge issue; you just don’t get replies when you reach out 🙄. The owner is rude, and I was not happy with how deliveries are handled. Their instagram page states deliveries on Sundays or Wednesdays, but they decided to show up on a Monday without even contacting me about it , how ridiculous.To make matters worse, they initially said they couldn't find the payment in my name, and I had to chase them several times until the owner finally replied on Sunday evening, right when my order was supposed to be delivered. I’ve also asked for a refund, but I’ve been ignored. Very unprofessional!"

Fantastic Meal selection, always prepared and delivered to high quality at a price that makes it accessible and repeatable.

Macro's counted and listed on every prep is also a massive help for logging calories

I spoke to Marina, gave her my goals, targets, likes and dislikes and in no time at all she had a balanced presentable meal plan that catered for all my macros.
