Love these delicious, healthy meals!

No thank you the olive oil is one of the finest I've ever had, and with my mixture it will do my system great as far as my cardiovascular my circulatory system so far it's doing me great.

Very bland. Good service and big servings just too bland to eat

I love N4L! I swear the chefs are magicians!! The meals are so fresh, colorful and delicious!! I eat things I never thought I would! They use only the freshest ingredients! Organic vegetables, fruits and grains and legumes combined with the spices create the most amazing dishes, and it’s all delivered right to my front door! Everything is prepared for me I just have to heat it up and enjoy! Clean up is easy (bonus!) and all the packaging is recyclable ( this is important to me). I love coming home and seeing my box on my front porch it’s like Christmas! My daily intake of calories is all figured out for me it’s so easy!! The olive oil is wonderful and I love the coffee!! The staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I’m so glad I found this company!

Having tried out Blue Apron and Green Chef and having done several Prolon fasts and using the fasting bars on a daily basis - I was really excited to hear about the Longevity food delivery service! As I am a pretty decent cook and still learning I wanted to get inspired by the vegan diet to reduce the amount of fish and meat I am eating. Sorry to say: I am not a fickle eater but the food delivered was awful! Against my nature I ended up throwing away quite a bit because I could not bring myself to eat it! The salads were a joke: wilted kale leaves with rice or quinoa that come out to about $12...Just go into a Trader Joes and buy ready made fresh and crispy salads for under $5! So basically the food consisted of beans, rice, quinoa, lentils and polenta - but the preparation was terrible 😫The presence of Chef Luigi with 1 Michelin Star seems to be a myth?!?! I can whip up a much better meal with these ingredients while adding tons of vegetables which were completely missing from this food plan!
To sum it up...aside from being completely overpriced (the costs of the ingredients per meal were about $3 to $4): if this is the food that makes me live looong - I’d much rather die 10 years earlier and eat good and tasty food!

I am not one to write reviews but I have to pass along this info as someone who has tried a handful of meal delivery services. I was super hopeful with the chef being Michelin rated, quality ingredients used, and for what it cost but every single meal was very bland unfortunately and in some cases inedible. I would suggest sticking to the basics with breakfast and to add more to the salads, which were, for me the worst part next to breakfast. Every meal needed salt and additional things added but for the most part I threw almost everything away. Very sad I lost $100 on a weeks worth of bad food :(

Loved it so much. Exactly what I was looking for. Maybe use less onions, my breath was not great all week. Everything else was perfect!

Delicious and nutritious food, beautifully prepared, and perfectly matched with the friendliest, most efficient, and helpful customer service!

Everything I received was absolutely fresh, completely filling AND delicious!!! I was completely impressed. I would consider myself very picky. There wasn’t any negatives in opinion. I feel it’s a very good value, and if I could budget it I would order this every week. 5 stars all around.

Delivery was timely, packaging was fine. Quality ingredients, fresh food. However, the salad dressings weren't enough for the quantity of salad, and the flavors of every dish blended together. Most things tasted the same and more toward the sour or bitter side. I did really like the quinoa and grain bases for the fresh salads. It almost seemed that most of the veggies were a bit under ripe, perhaps that's why the greens and so forth tasted flat. Not really impressed.

Nanda was excellent, professional, completely helpful and nice! She was well versed in the products, programs and discount codes I would highly recommend. Love the fast mimicking program and excited to receive the meals, produce box, olive oil and coffee!

The product arrived in less than perfect condition. I took pictures, but there is no place for me to upload them here. It looked as though it had been opened then partially re-taped back. The bottom was damp and I was surprised that it didn't bust open. Once I opened the box, I saw that at least one of the food items had broke open, as there was loose rice in the box. Of the 2 breakfasts, I only found one that I enjoyed. The lunch salads couldn't have tasted better! This is why I apply 3 stars. The dinners were also quite tasty. I would subscribe to this delivery if I were to opt out of the breakfasts.

Meal delicious
But one meal was Broken upon arrival and the sauce for the one meal was all over the package.
Great customer service. They refunded the one meal
Food really delicious. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for poor packaging.

I loved everything about this program. The modules helped me create healthy habits. I found new friends on the supportive Facebook group. Customer service was top notch. The idea that the program is calorie controlled helped me lose weight without having to think about it. And the food? 💕💕💕 BEST FOOD EVER!!

Wonderful and professional customer service!

Great customer service!

Keep up the good work.

Thanks

I enjoy the concept of fresh nutritious foods and was definitely full with each meal, but the taste of meals left a lot to be desired. I was disappointed that meals required transferring from container to another dish before heating. Also, chips were included in one of the meals sealed in a separate compartment but within the same container as a wet dish -which ultimately meant soggy chewy chips. Some of the selections were a bit too spicy for me because I have acid reflux disease. This may be ideal for some people, but I will not be reordering. I prefer dishes that satiate and tempt the palate simultaneously.

The food although healthy... does not invite me to eat it. Of the meals I tried I often only ate 50% as they were not in a flavor profile I like. It seemed like in the first order there was a lot of potatoes even in my Cobb salad, 50% of the salad was large potato chunks. Many meals were bland and had cumin and turmeric seasoning. I keep telling myself to eat the meals ...because its healthy for you; but I am not drawn to eat these meals (due to appearance and prior taste profiles) and therefore have little appetite for the meals and look for alternatives. I believe my taste buds have not adjusted. Keep trying to reach us who use/like the 5 day Fasting diet package, I did like the first round of meals I purchased following the fasting diet but these meals seem different, with not as many greens (they have beans and potatoes).
