They send you a different product than what they are advertising on their website
I made the mistake of buying this product directly from the company. They advertised a red light therapy belt with an emblem. That is not what I received I received a generic red light therapy belt. I sent them an email telling them how unsatisfied I was about their deception. No response. The date of purchase was posted January the 19th amount $75.99I. wanted to return the product however they make you jump through hoops demanding that you follow A to Z protocols to return the merchandise. I could have bought the same thing from Amazon with less stress and better return policies. If they're going to advertise something then they need to send you what they're advertising they're being deceptive. Yes I'm past the return policy because I decided it wasn't worth the frustration. However I am not satisfied with the product. And all the fabulous reviews are probably AI generated.
