I purchased a 3:4 model not long ago, and it came within the 2/3 weeks specified. I am honestly really satisfied the berreta I ordered. It’s honestly just amazing to have, and the way it was packaged as well ensured that it would get to me safely so that was also a great addition. Tracking was also provided so that was also reassuring as this was my first purchase from NX Models. Any questions I had, I just sent via email to the support team and they got back to me pretty quickly despite the overload of emails they must get especially during winter peak. Overall, I’m super happy with how everything turned out, I may be interested in purchasing future models as time goes on. :)

Also, massive shoutout to Brianna for helping me too when I first originally ordered my model, answering my questions professionally and actually clarifying any misunderstandings, which is rare to see anywhere anymore with customer service departments, so a really good job on nxmodels part. If you are in any doubt of your order coming, please be patient as customs are usually the issue. That’s all I have to say as of right now, thank you so much!!!!

First off, the product is spectacular. I love the quality and detailing from end to end. I am blown away by the intricacies in its design and accuracy to the original. I field stripped it when I first got it and was having some difficulty putting back together (I apparently didn’t pay attention when I took it apart.) so I looked up how to reassemble the real unit, and it worked perfectly.
Overall, the product is everything I hoped for.

I ordered my product in November and it was shipped within a day or two. Unfortunately USPS managed to lose my package somewhere in between the airport and my house. I reached out to NXModels and they were great. Communication was a bit slow, but it was Christmas season so it’s understandable.
When the model did arrive I (like many of the other reviewers here) thought I may have received the 1:2 scale vs the 3:4 scale I purchased. I once again reached out and received a great response showing how both sizes are labeled 1:2 on the front of the boxes, as it seems to be the “generic box” they use. But when you measure it and compare it versus the pictures on their website, and note the additional detailing on the rounds, you can tell it is indeed the right product.
I had actually come to the realization that I had the right model before they responded, but they were so great in their responses I was blown away.
Like I said, everything took some time, but I will totally be buying the other 3:4 model and may even buy some as gifts for my brother-in-law and co-worker.

It took 2 months to get my order and im still waiting for another one to ship to Austria. I thought i was scamed. The product is great though, they just seem to be overwhelmed. If you're interested in the product and have patience, you should definitely give them a chance.

Delivered on time, with quick customer support and an excellent product. I am very happy with my order.

I'm not sure why people give this company fake reviews, but I got my model after about a week and a half (have some patience, people) and I have to say I'm impressed. For a 1:3 scale model, the amount of detail is impressive. Everything from the ejector down to the "ported barrel" (closed barrel due to it being a model), was astounding. I'm very satisfied!

I ordered a model a litte more than 3 weeks ago. They didn't sent the order when I checked 2 days in. I sent a mail to their customer service about the delay and it took A WHOLE WEEK to get a reply. They were sorry that they couldn't send my package and this is where it really struck me. They said it was not possible to deliver my package to Sweden until february or even march. Like what? If it's complicated to send a package outside the US to a specific country, then you gotta say that beforehand during order-checkout. Afterwards they asked me if I wanted to wait during that time or get a refund. Of course I would like a refund. I don't wanna wait out my 30 days refund guarantee. Since then I haven't gotten a reply back after asking for a refund. It feels like they ghost me to wait out the refund guarantee and that is scummy af.

Took months to arrive, came broken and unable to hold the slide open, do not bother buying, overpriced chinesium.

I ordered the 3/4 size silver Beretta back in October 2024, and although it took about two months to arrive they answered all my emails (in a timely manner) regarding where my order was in the shipping process and made sure I had peace of mind that my order was on its way. I have since then received the product and it has been amazing as far as attention to detail and overall quality. I did however receive the black model instead of the silver and emailed them to see what we could do. They responded saying they will send me the proper one and that there was no need for me to return the black model while apologizing and being very friendly throughout every email. This is a long review but they deserve the praise and recognition for their customer service team and they’re wonderful product, I would highly recommend this company.

Unresponsive to emails. Ordered December 9th 2024 - it is now January 13th 2025 and still no items. Order keeps getting pushed back via "tracking number" as well. I made 3 orders with them (missing items from one order and the other two have not arrived) and here we are over a month and not even one single email from them after I've reached out THREE times. Absolutely horrible. They even turned off reviews on their site.

EDIT: It is now March 1st and still nothing. I did get items from a missing order, but the two other orders have not been updated since January 12 2025. Brianna said she was working on locating the package with USPS. I'm sure this is going to be a lost cause. Will bump it up to 2 stars since she made an effort to reach out - that counts for something.

Received the 1:3 TTI JW4 earlier this month. Quality is fantastic. Showed it off at work and an ex military guy geeked out over how functional (and tiny!) it was. International shipping took a while as they struggled to get through all the red tape so if you’re after it in a hurry I’d double check they are confident they can deliver to you. I am waiting on a 1:2 scale for the same reason. But NX models is maintaining communication and treating me well. A little disappointed about the shipping but I understand why. The product is great.

Models arrived well packaged and as described! Picked up the 3:4 Berretta with suppressor and John Wick 4 pit viper model. Great built quality, and hours of fun to play with, would highly recommend! These are the 7 & 8th models that I have purchased from this company and they have not let me down.

I am very happy with my grey 1911 3/4 with suppressor that I received from nxmodels and with the great customer service I received from them after I received my order. I would highly recommend them and the models. They are well built and feel like the real thing.

Ordered 3:4 1911 on December 11 it's now January 10 and still nothing even though the site said delivery by January 9 they changed my delivery date to January 19 with no email to inform me about the change so today I filed a dispute with my card company shame because I really wanted to order that half size ak but after this experience I won't be ordering from this company again edit... got an email stating that a refund has been issued edit... after the last edit to this review I received another email from customer support to ask me to remove this review or edit to be a good one... now that's overly shady. So to recap original delivery date was December 30- January 11 kinda messed up since the policy states 30 days from date of purchase and I ordered on the 11th of December now when it came to January 11th my estimate delivery was changed to January 19 2025 weird because that was yesterday a Sunday and could never have been delivered that day so all in all I believe the company to be a sham... update it's been 48 days since my order was made and still nothing order has been refunded after having to dispute the charge a month into no delivery

Excellent CS, I felt like I was ordering from a much higer tier brand, like Gucci or something and not a model gun company. My delivery time for my 1:2 B29F model was around 2 months, which was quite disappointing but in the end it was mostly worth it.

When the model did arrive, I was ecstatic. This thing is awesome! While considerable smaller than anticipated, it was definitley cool nonetheless. Worth the roughly 70 dollars? Id say it depends on what youre looking for when you order this. Over the first couple weeks, I had a few issues, including slide not locking back on an empty magazine, and the magazine itself exploding when inserted. I discovered that the keeper plate on the bottom of the spring does not do a great job at holding the other slide plate in, so care must be taken on this front. Then I noticed the magazine wasnt fully inserted
Adter that was sorted out, all was well for a few more days when I noticed the black finish on the model wearing off and revealing bronze on high touchpoint areas, which on a model this size, is basically everywhere. I personally enjoy the look, bronze and black has always looked great to me, but may raise some concerns on long term durability and quality.

Overall, id say for me, this was absolutely worth the money, but it could go either way. Thanks, NxModels! Excellent product, and I will hopefully be creating a collection soon!

The model came in earlier than expected. At first I thought I had the wrong size but they quickly clarified that it was the correct great customer service. And the model itself is fantastic, great quality and functionality.

I ordered three of these guns the desert eagle1/2 the Beretta 3/4and the 1911 3/4 and they are GREAT. My family plays with him as well. Make sure you go for the 3/4 size ones those ones are really awesome.

Theres been quite a few negative reviews on these and I'm really not sure why. Just be patient, you will get your order. No one is scamming you.

With that said, I was honestly impressed and a little surprised at how accurate their 3/4 1911 is. If somebody handed it to me and said it was a mini 1911 in .25 auto I'd almost believe them. The material honestly isnt the best quality but it's not nearly as bad as it could be either. All in all it's not bad for what I paid for it.

Firstly I would like to say I wasn’t fully confident my order would even arrive as I live in GB and we don’t have anything like this here. So I took a chance as the models looked outstanding. I read many reviews which stated the delivery times were lengthy, so I didn’t have high expectations of it coming anytime soon.
I received an email stating the date that it was due to arrive and to my surprise it arrived on that very day. The product was exactly as described and I was extremely happy with the quality and function of the model. It might take these guys a good few days to answer emails and the delivery times may be lengthy but at the end of the day you get the product you paid for if you have a little patience. And believe me, it’s worth the wait. I’ll definitely be adding to my collection soon.

I love the model its amazing, my only issue was the shipping times other than that it was an amazing product customer service was helpful. would recommend if you are willing to wait.
