Very high quality models bought one for my father and he was chuffed

Plus the customer service is great as their very quick with responses

10/10 not a scam BUT shipping is crazy slow.
Models come from China. I had basically a “will be delivered in 10 days” statement with my order (not exact words but similar).
Order ended up updating tracking for the first time after like 5-6 weeks. Was delivered, as ordered about 2 months after ordering.
Great quality though.

They will and continue to scam people how they arnt shut down is beyond reason they will ship junk Chinese metal and openly break laws on sales to scam victims

I recently purchased the 3:4 scale Glock, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The attention to detail is absolutely superb, from the precision of the parts to the tactile feel. Customer service was also fantastic—responsive, friendly, and quick to address any questions I had. Highly recommended.

Bought a half scale Beretta and very pleased with the product!
The customer service was great, and no issue with the product out of the box.
It’s worth remembering that these are not expensive models, and don’t claim to be, but a good little fidget toy to have on the desk!

I ordered a 3/4th 1911 with silencer. I put in an order almost a month ago. They gave me a tracking number for USPS doesn’t have. It says the label was created, but never shipped. I don’t believe they actually send anybody anything. I spent well over $100 and I don’t believe I’ll be seeing a single item. Well, that’s not true. I actually did get something a fraudulent charge on my credit card from whoever they sold my credit card info to.

The product is of a good quality. It’s made from good materials and function really good, but I returned my product because it had little scratches and tiny dents straight out the box. The customer service is not great but it’s not bad. They were polite and understanding but the service was slow but they’ll eventually get to you. Nonetheless, great product but it isn’t for me as it’s just something you can figet with and the cool factor went away after a few days.

While my shipment take about a month to arrive, I received fantastic customer support. When I was inquiring about my order, NXModels customer rep told me exactly what was going on and kept me in the loop. That's all I can ask for, and good communication is extremely important when you are purchasing anything online.

I just received my model today, and it's fantastic. The build quality is top notch, and I got exactly what I ordered. I really appreciate the NXModels team staying in touch with me throughout the process of shipment!

Owner of a 3:4 g17 after getting it 2 weeks later than time frame suggested, the box was damaged and it only showed up with 5 shells and no silencer. Now that we have wrote numerous emails back and forth (just us because ours went to “spam”) she just had a very quick response review with their customer service agent Brianna again saying that if we would have made a positive review that nx would have sent us the silencer, 8 extra bullets, and a 1:2 size for free. When we had already paid for the bullets and silencer. So anyone that’s being seeing positive reviews are people being bought off with "extra stuff" by them withholding half of your original order. Until all of my still is here it’s a scam

I'd leave negative stars if I could. Where to start. Got the G17 "with supressor" well that was BS no suppressor, only 5 bullets not the 8 the box said it came with, box arrived damaged, reached out to customer care which is a bloody joke, the response times are unreal and not in a good way. When they did finally respond they said that they were sending my issue to a specialized team to handle my matter in a timely manner, that email was recieved on August 26th. I reached out to them every three days since trying to get my issues resolved only to recieve an email today from Brianna on their support team saying they put me in a spam file! Then she STILL had the nerve to ask me to leave a POSITIVE review to recieve SOME of the items I am missing from my original shipment. So not only am I not receiving the items MISSING from my shipment. The company tried to bribe me with missing items only saying they would ship them if I left a positive review. This company is TRASH. Will never be recommending them to anyone.

would rate 0 stars but 1 is the lowest this can go…Bought it and was pumped to get it but it never was delivered. never got any shipping updates. Emailed them multiple times and they took several days to respond and only did when I constantly followed up. waited over 60 days for them to finally tell me my order was “lost”. luckily I got my full refund back. I’ve heard so many horror stories from people who’ve attempted to buy from these people. don’t waste your time, it’s not worth it.
these people are scammers.

I purchased the Beretta 1:2 model and then received it. Unfortunately, there are various problems, such as being unable to clear it, or parts falling off within the first few days, the slide snapping shut randomly, and other problems. It still works, but there are faults. However, I reported this to NxModels, and Brianna at the support team helped with my concerns. Some were resolved, while others were not. While trying to find a solution, my 30 day warranty expired. But NxModels decided to give me a free replacement model! I will update this review when the replacement arrive.

Edit: It did arrive, and fortunately it's major problems were fixed! It can still occasionally have problems ejecting, or clearing, but it works a lot better, and is definitely worth it.

Scam. My GF ordered 3:4 Glock (order 713716) on 1 June and never received it.

I did have a shipping mishap where the package was sent back to NX Models. Nothing to do with them but I reached out and they promptly assisted and sent out a new package with my order. Great customer service.

Should’ve known better placed an order the end of July said it shipped August 6 still have not received my item that I purchased $100 later still waiting I’ve emailed and received nothing a complete scam and so are the reviews do not purchase from this website

I bought the 1:3 model for a friend, it did take about 3 weeks to arrive but my friend thinks this keychain is absolutely badass. Made of metal, not plastic, he fully disassembled it as soon as he got it and put it back together. He says his coworkers always ask him about his keychain and get mind blown when seeing how much detail is in his keychain. 10/10 would recommend to get for gun enthusiast.

i dont know yet if im going to receive the glock 18 3;4 but they saaid it will be shipped out in septemeber due to shipping problems but i can let u guys know if anything happens just message my insta mastrotempac
