I ordered two shirts off of this site and here are the pros and cons:

Pros:
• The shirts are exactly as advertised in my experience.

• Reasonable customer service responses.

Cons:
• The delivery process was long and frustrating. In order to track my order I had to download an app which wasn’t that transparent on anything, I mean even now with the shirts delivered it claims they’re still on there way.

• It took almost a month before I got what I bought.

• The postage to where I live was £8.

• The lack of updates initially. For the first week after I ordered I’d received no tracking information whatsoever which had me write to them trying to see what was going on, but granted it went smoothly from there.

Also I’d like to note that not like other people who rated this here I didn’t receive any “hidden charges” but that’s just me.

Got a T-shirt with a quote that makes no f-cking sense.

Really wish I'd have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a king Baldwin shirt and it came and had so many spelling mistakes on it. I asked for a refund and they said they could issue 20% and I said no the product is defective but they will not do anything about it. Im going to ask my credit card company to pull it back

Sent me a shirt but was riddled with misspellings and some words replaced with random assortments of letters. They literally said I could pay more than the value of the t shirt to send it back to them for a refund????? Make sense of that. Cheap Chinese S H I T. Shame cuss some of the designs are awesome. If they'd sell actual good stuff they'd have a business

I ordered a shirt from this store and received a defective, misprinted item that looked nothing like the listing. Customer service refused to fix it and only offered a small partial refund. Buyers beware.

The shirt arrived, I was nervous after other reviews here but the material seems fine. The only issue I have is that the design is stolen from Death Charger and the print quality of the design is a lot lower than their Silent Hill f shirt so be warned they do copy designs and copy them with bad reprints.

They charged me an extra $20 with no explanation, but I got it refunded by PayPal without issues and I did receive the item I ordered. Quality was better than expected after reading other people’s reviews. I ordered a crew-neck hoodie :)

My daughter found a sweatshirt she thought her brother would love on Instagram from this site. Without hesitation and researching she went and order from the site. She let me know of what she was buying and I immediately researched about the site. Thanks to this site I knew it was a scam! I immediately told her to cancel the order (which she did) and call the bank to dispute the charges (she canceled the order only placing it 2 minutes before hand). Luckily the bank is on noticed, but it was interesting that her receipt says $76.82 and they were trying to take out $106.85!!!!! Don't purchase anything from this site. Scam all the way.

I ordered 3 T-shirts from this website, found them through instagram. The designs and prints are cool which caught my eyes. However, when the order is placed, they will charge you a "hidden fee" of an extra 40 AUD. When emailed and asked, they say it's some "international tax" bs, even though none of this was stated on the receipt.
I went and had my bank dispute the transaction, made them refund the extra amount.
The shirts still came and they are fine, the materials were cheap but still serviceable.
Overall a scam but I'm glad they still delivered the shirts.

I'm seeking an explanation as to why the total for my order was $80.97, yet my credit card was charged $105.26.

Shirt had typos on it. Customer support ignores me. When I make a post about it on their Facebook page they just delete it. Scam company from China. Don't waste your money. The shirt i ordered was their resident evil 2 shirt.

Quality is cheap, and is much worse than it appears on the website. The fit of the clothing is poor and smaller than you would expect. After sending me the wrong size they offered a 20% refund (for that item only) and refused to send a correct size.

Shirts are too small, the material they are made out of is like some kind of cardboard paper completely uncomfortable and way overpriced!

Complete scam! Stay away!

Ordered 3 T-shirts well over a month ago, customer service was awful, and the designs on all 3 T-shirts are blurry and cracked after the first wash, the sizing is so disproportionate.

DON'T order from this website, definitely look elsewhere

A scam website stealing artwork from hard-working artists from Jidou Art Studio. Do not support them!

They have stolen artwork, using art without the permission or knowledge of the actual artist and any comments left on social media about this are instantly deleted. They are nothing but thieves profiting off of other people’s hard work.

Poor customer service and the design came wrong, misspelt STRENGTH as Steength and furthermore, refused to acknowledge their mistake, and after purchase I have found out the design was stolen

Scam website, they are stealing artwork from our shop, do not buy to those thieves.
