Don't go with these guys they drop you off 2 to 3 mins later than rented time then bill your card making out you have gone over the time you booked reporting for fraud avoid video and photos going on my page ps the car was dirt stunk of piss seriously you think it's a malicious post book one and find out the hard way like I did

Amazing service
Our driver Orkhan was amazing. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. Customer service was very responsive and I loved how they don’t have any hidden fees. Looking forward to use this service again soon.

A Great Choice
Our driver messaged shortly after our arrival at LGA; I provided our location,and he picked us up outside of baggage claim within about 10 minutes. The car was exactly as selected. The driver had a cooler of cold water for us. The entire process was seamless, and should I be traveling with a large group in the future, I would definitely make transportation arrangements with NYC State Limo.

Very pleasant experience
Very pleasant commute on a hot/humid afternoon in heavy traffic to Newark Airport. Driver had classical music on radio and was courteous and friendly.

I booked their service for my daughter, at first I was so worried that she was traveling (first time), but this company was so accommodating they made her feel safe and comfortable. The limo was neat and clean, they provided a female chauffeur upon my request. She was at the airport before my daughter's flight even landed and was a very humble woman. I give them 5-stars

the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
the ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! If you are a WOMAN DO NOT RIDE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! First and foremost i say woman because i was with a Group of 4 woman ALL WOMAN! From the beginning the driver had an issue with picking me up on time he was late and didn’t help me put my luggage away or open the door for me until i instructed him to do so. The owner never let us know that the service to come in the airport with a sign was extra so i basically had to beg him to come pick us up. Once he picks us up it’s my aunts birthday a 52 year old woman and her 50+ friends we are not rowdy young woman we are mature grown woman. There were no champagne glasses “due to COVID” there were also no plastic cups. So thankfully we brought our own. We got to our second location he was a little nicer and opened the doors but then because we thought we booked it per hour and the owner never explained the booking to us we weren’t aware we only did a drop off and pick up service with no sign or customer attention for $473 we were picked up at 10:15 bc he was late and then when we asked him to wait for us to do brunch he said ok. Aftwr waiting for us 45 minutes he calls and says it’s an extra charge per hour or minute so he proceeded to come up and interrupt our lunch instead of being discreet and sending me a text he personally came upstairs had me get up from my brunch to speak with him. Wanted to charge us an extra $400 for two hours so we declined we went downstairs to remove our luggage this man didn’t open the door didn’t take out the luggage was immensely rude. While not all middle eastern Indian men are rude this culture only respects men so if you are a woman unrepresented by a man do not do business with this limo service THEY DO NOT RESPECT WOMAN, or know how to communicate. The lack of professionalism and integrity as a man left me speechless. How could you be so rude to 5 harmless woman, i was respectful and courteous but i can only take so much disrespect and lack of customer service as a PAYING CUSTOMER!!! Iam baffled that in this day and age this is how we’re treating woman instead of being nice and courteous no these men were rude and the operator on the phone was immensely rude and only cared about money. while obviously we are all here to make money we cannot forget customer service!! the limo was dirty and unprepared for guests ! I have never in my life been treated as horrible as I’ve been treated with these people !

Our car was on time
Our car was on time. We were met at the airport by Anik a very pleasant man. The car was comfortable and clean. We were driven from La Guardia to Times Square. Driver was very good and drove safely. My only caveat is we were told the fare included a tip. Our driver was unaware of this so we tipped him. Good service I will use this company again.

I have reflect on my previous rating and concluded that it was too harsh, so have uprated to 4 stars.
Despite multiple instructions to await our exit from the Cruise Terminal due to the unpredictable US TSA delays; a driver was sent early, the driver then left and and returned and left again. I was then warned of a charge for waiting time! Having finally exited the terminal; a driver was not available and we waited at the curb in the sun for another to be located.
When Valentino arrived he was friendly and efficient in a very clean vehicle and the journey to our hotel was good.
Our second journey to JFK was handled well and despite the awful traffic we arrived at the airport in good time,

No problems makes for a good experience.
My initial phone call was attended to quickly. If I had to say anything about the service I received, etc. is that the person at the other end could have been a bit more friendly. But, all in all, he did his job as did the driver who met my friends and I when we headed home from vacation. The driver was very polite and friendly.
