What was promised was delivered--well described. Earcups were really well made, as was the yoke and holder replacement for the headphones headset. I really wish Grado would pay attention to this guy--he knows what he is doing. Excellent work and product. Very quick delivery to US. No problems at all with any part of the transaction

The product sounded great but the material made my ears itchy and uncomfortable - O found them a tad small - my ears were touching too much of the inside of the pads.

The pads arrived very well-packed, which was a great start. Once I tried them on, I was genuinely impressed — they’re incredibly comfortable while still preserving the original sound signature beautifully. The standout for me is how the brightness is nicely tamed, making the listening experience smooth and enjoyable without any harshness.

Great replacement ear pads for my Grado RS2 headphones. Excellent quality product. There was a small issue with shipping which was communicated promptly and resolved quickly. Great all round service.
