I bought Nyx Epic wear eye liner stick which is great until you have to sharpen it. The website suggests to use any large hole sharper but that didn’t work and I am left with blunt nib with sharp edges!!!!!!

I recently bought the nyx waterproof mascara and I am VERY happy with my purchase. I wear mascara very often and constantly my eyelashes become wet due to my face mask and the air from breathing. My everyday mascara isn’t waterproof and so I figured buying a waterproof mascara would prevent the wet eyelashes and it has done just that, it also looks incredible on my lashes! i 100% recommend this if you suffer with the wet eyelashes and just in general want a waterproof mascara! I will say though that around the 5 hour mark of wearing this they felt slightly wet but good enough for me

Questa volta invece penso sarà l ultima volta. Dicono ordine spedito ma è inesistente! Non si rintraccia da nessuna parte. Ancora sto aspettando il mio pacco! Fate pure pagare la spedizione con un servizio cosi. Mah

Pas terrible , je suis Fan de leurs produits mais par contre concernant le site internet je préfère m’abstenir maintenant..
1 ere commande : 3 eyeliner. ( 1 des 3 n’étais pas la teinte voulu bref .. )
2 eme commande : 1 fond de teint ( j’ai reçu la bonne teinte ) rien a dire sur cela mais le colis reste à désiré.. pas très sécurisé ils pourrait mettre du papier bulles dans le carton car le fond de teint ce baladais dedans , pour une livraison à 4,95€ en point relais. Des efforts à faire hein 😑🙄

I’ve bought lots of liquid eyeliners over the years - some very expensive ones and some less, but I have to say that the Epic Ink Liner from NYX is the BEST I have ever had that I felt I had to write a review. I bought mine in Boots so can’t comment on customer service but the eyeliner is my new must have!

The item sucks! I read reviews on how great the product is. Just to find out it sucks. I read that most of the reviewers received the product free and that’s why the great reviews. Just cause you get it fir free they give good money d reviews. The company is giving them free products for good reviews. How honest is that? They suck! Can’t believe anything ppl says just cause they get free products. Shame on you!

I wouldn’t even give one star if at all possible due to the following experience: during the pandemic and lack of opportunity to trial the nyx product I followed their advice and scanned the colour and suitability procedures. However, when I actually applied the product (foundation) it turned me into an out span orange !!!! When I contacted the company they were completely unsympathetic or understanding despite being aware of my financial circumstances and physical disabilities - what an apocalyptic company

I've made quite a few purchases from Nyx over the last few months and have been pleased I'd had relatively few complaints other than slow shipping. About a month ago I ordered a few lipsticks. When I received the package one of the tubes was missing. I reached out to customer service and they sent out a replacement. Shipping was still slow but I finally got it. So I ordered a foundation and was sent the wrong shade. I thought it was possible I accidentally ordered the wrong shade so reluctantly ordered again. Almost 3 weeks later I finally get the package and they sent me the wrong shade again. I've now spent over $ 40 on products I can't use. I've tried contacting customer service but have received no reply. It definitely will make me think twice before ordering from them again.

Adoro il fondotinta liquido da usare con il contagocce, mai più senza! Super leggero e copre le imperfezioni e le mie macchie da acne senza appesantire la pelle, tanti colori disponibili e prezzo ottimo! Mi piace molto anche la palette per contouring in polvere, ottima!

Arrabbiata e delusa del mo ordine fatto il 3 febbraio, ad oggi non mi è arrivato, il servizio clienti mi ha ignorata, e se inserisco il numero di spedizione e inesistente.
Insomma probabilmente ho perso 20 € e mi viene il dubbio che anche altre persone li abbiano persi..... mai più acquisterò da voi è mai consiglierò il vostro prodotto anche perché non ho avuto modo di provarlo

J’ai passé commande pendant la veille de la fin des soldes, puisqu’aucun magasin n’est ouvert dans ma ville.
Le paiement est accepté, la commande apparaît dans l’historique des commandes et puis le lendemain la commande est effacée !
On me dit que c’est du à un problème technique.
Il n’y a aucun problème technique, vous connaissiez le montant de la commande, les articles de cette commande , vous êtes vraiment de mauvaise foi quand vous me dites de recommencer la commande alors que les soldes sont finies.

I've made couple hundred worth of products, and somehow enter the wrong shipping address. I don't live there and don't know the person who lives there.

I realized right when I received the email copy of my order, and right away replied to email as well as send message through costumer service about changing the address or better yet just go ahead and cancel the order, so that I can remake the order with the correct address.

Not only I have received the email asking customer service feedback first, the reply from customer service regarding my case was very disappointing.

You can see the actual reply below, but long story short,,,,

I was told, once order has made,
NYX cosmetics can NOT cancel order.
Also, they can NOT change the shipping address.

Seriously?

I have never heard of well known brand like NYX cosmetics using such a poor system.

I hope the person whoever they are living in the address my order is shipped to, is nice enough to refuse the package and return it.

Because that's the only way I can get my money back.

Commande passée jeudi reçu lundi les délais sont plutôt bon en revanche pour ma part j'ai commandé uniquement des produits crème donc il n'y as pas eu de casse je pense que si vous souhaitez commander des produits poudre je vous conseille fortement d'aller en magasin parce qu'il n'y aucune protection mise à part un petit bout de papier de soie et quelques morceaux de papier sensé absorber les chocs. NYX par pitié améliorer votre protection des colis

MATTE PRIMER - BASE PERFECTRICE MATE

This product is too thick and very difficult to squeeze out of the tube and apply on my face. Eventually when I managed to get a little on my finger tip, it is very difficult to apply and it leaves behind a residual of white flaky substance on my face. I would actually like to return this to NYX because I feel this particular product (tube) could have a fault. I have since bought another Primer, which applies like a dream

Worse customer service I have EVER had!! They do not even respond to all their messages! They must think they are above everyone and do not need the customers!! I’d rather pay more money for another company that values their customer experience!

Ero molto scettica verso questo prodotto dopo aver effettuato l'ordine e dopo aver letto tante recensioni negative. L'ordine è arrivato dopo 1 mese ed ormai non ci speravo più. Oggi mi sono applicata lo smalto e sono molto soddisfatta del risultato in quanto la penna è pratica ,precisa ed il colore uguale alla foto. Ho effettuato un'altro ordine.

customer service was so nice and helpful! I asked for a replacement and they sent me another email saying I got a refund for a product I didn't order. I did correct them so they gave me another email with a shipping confirmation. The person who helped me (her name was Dayna) was really sweet but I took a star off because even though I got my package, I was missing one thing but it was only $4 so I didn't trip about it too much.

I ordered products for a christmas gift and it said 12/24 delivery, which was fine. Christmas came and went, New Year's came and went. Following the tracking, my package was shipped to a NJ facility, which should have come to me next, I'm in NY. Nope. It went to LA, back to NJ and I still haven't received it. Customer service can't give me an answer as to why it went to LA. Still "patiently" waiting
